So Glen Johnstone is John Obi Mikel now. Hadn’t seen those comments but seen an interview from Mikel about Roman and training ground visits - which were always reported by the media when things went badly anyway.

Yes Glen and Obi Mikel are the same person.

Mikel said roman was in the dressing room only "every once in a while". And i doubt it would be the same as some loud mouth American giving a speech

True. Let's not get it twisted.

Roman HAS visited the locker room, but mostly during the good times.

If we were on a poor run of form, he would probably show up on the training ground at Cobham the next day, but that was it.

And it's fine in Roman's case. But after you have a disaster class of managerial appointments, Boehly would have been on thin ice if he decided to lambast the players.

Or even pick individuals for criticism. Maybe deserved, but who likes to see that happen in front of colleagues? Even they would feel uncomfortable with a toxic atmosphere like that.

And Glen Johnson also adds that it depends on the nature of the visit and the talk. That's what people were questioning., not that he went to the dressing room. Owners can go wherever they want.

Bring the truth hammer!

It really is a shame how all the Italian managers finished with the club.

Ancelotti was kicked out, Conte had a fall out with the board over lack of signings, even Sarri left for his beloved Serie A.

This group of players needs an intense maniac like Conte in charge, make them work hard in training and it'll pay off in the league.

Crazy to think about it, Ancelotti was fired after his second season - in the first we won PL and FA-cup - after finishing 2nd in the league.. Things have changed, we haven't reached higher position than 3rd since 16/17 title season with Conte.

I don't blame the club or Abramovich for Conte though.. During his carreer, he left all his clubs after 2 years(only at Juve he managed more) and pretty much always in unpeaceful circumstances.  His restless and comfronting personality don't allow him to stay long term at a club like Pep or Klopp.

4-3-3 formation proven not good for us. 3-4-2-1 formation should be our best. Badiashile Silva Fofana - Chilwell Enzo Kante James - Mudryk Madueke - Havertz... Calobahcan play when James is injured also we can try Datro istead of Havertz at the attack... When Kante goes we can try Chukwu

This will mean Boehly is here to destroy Chelsea, not to develope it.

Maybe Boehly is Romans agent so that he can buy Chelsea back for a cheap price when the war is over 💀

Sigh. Wonder what's taking long. They didn't take this much time when officially announcing Potter or Lampard.

I think the tide has turned. Poch shouldn't be grateful Chelsea Football Club want him, Chelsea Football Club should be grateful Poch want's to work for them.  Poch 100% knows this and is likely making his own demands now that we probably can't refuse.

I just came to learn that there was a clause in Wenger's contract at Arsenal that the Kronke's couldn't enter the dressing room. I had no idea this was an actual thing. 1000% Poch is likely requesting that along with more control on decisions.

Absolutely nothing to gain ATM by announcing poch, the players aren't playing for lampard as it is, imagine what it will when they have that confirmation he's going regardless.
