Conte will make them warriors and they will fight if they don't then they will not play it's simple.Conte is too defensive WTF Conte plays balanced/attacking football. If Conte plays balanced football and actualy performs good when we hit on top sides in CL, Ill buy you a beer. 2 hours ago, Cosmin said: How do you know that? 3 hours ago, lucio said: do we really know enough about his training methods, to say how everyone will react? im sure mourinho runs them hard in training. and pocchettino is known for doing so, to an extreme level, and it has probably paid off Im just assuming from what I seen. Players could decide to fight for club under Mou but they didnt. If it didnt work out with Mourinho, how will it work out with Conte who is same bracket of coach? Good motivator, difficult training and teams based on strong defence. Obviosuly Conte and Mou are different, but they have many same points and mistakes, both are stubborn as fuck. I put alot of our problems at the feet of the players too. I understand its the managers job to motivate them but we are not talking about a bunch of schoolkids we are talking top of their profession millionairs! They know their jobs. They shouldnt need any other motivation than to do their soddin job for the company they work for. Mos job was to train them and select the best team he could. They were normally the same bloomin ones that won the premiership a couple of months earlier. I expected more from them and it dissapointed me (well it pissed me off) that Mou was made the scapegoat. Well if the reasons were coaching methods and approach, players wont be much happier with Conte either. Now lets leave this debate as it is; I dont think Conte suits us, I dont think we will be successful under him. But I will support him like I support everyone at cfc. We will see how things will span out.

OneMoSalah 8,886
If it is to be Conte, hopefully we won't see any of his 3-5-2 with our team. Surely if we can get a aggressive and dynamic midfield player we have to play 4-3-3. Chelseabluerising and xPetrCechx

Some things you do not comment" Daniel Conte, brother-agent of national coach Antonio Conte, said to the microphones of cittaceleste.it the rumors regarding a possible transfer to Chelsea of the former coach of Juventus after the European: "They talk about it for a month, but there is nothing to say. they are only rumors. Henrique 9,133
If Conte is appointed I can imagine: - Cuadrado will be playing for Chelsea next season, in Italy Cuadrado quality is beyond doubt, and Conte knows he can be useful. - Chelsea will sign Pelle. Pelle is a regular pick for Italy NT under Conte, he is cheap and we need new strikers. - Conte will get an italian defender. This team need defenders, and Conte know some italian defenders who will be perfect for this team. bluesman2610

And hasn't Pelle been shit for a while now this season? On some super long goal drought, isn't he? Plus he's getting old. You'd think if we were after any Italian striker it would be Icardi who we've been linked with recently before Conte was coming. robsblubot, kellzfresh and bellion
