Vegetable 830
Geez, finally we've come to an end of something that should have never had started in the first place. I don't drink but I'll crack a beer tonight. Most of reasonable people could see how it will play out. It was task way too big for him and not really something he excelled in. Meanwhile wish him luck in smaller club that needs to fight to improve and scramble for anything positive - that is something he seems much more suited to. Laylabelle 9,536
It was a huge risk and one that didn't pay off...he'll find work elsewhere especially as other clubs are now looking..a shame but for the best. Hopefully we can get the next one right..though should never been back here to start with but oh well. Johnnyeye

OneMoSalah 8,886
4 months too late. Hopefully Boehly steps back also from footballing decisions forever, the fucking idiot basically sabotaged the season by hiring and sticking with Potter for so so long. It is actually incredible its taken him this long to see it wasn’t going to work, it was obvious months ago. Should stick to baseball and being the interim CEO of Hollywood Foreign Press. I’d imagine Nagelsmann or Poch going to be the next one we go for now. God help them. Mental he was in such a hurry to get rid of Tuchel and appoint Potter. No matter what the reason - even if it is along the lines of what Simon Jordan claims he knows. Talk about incompetence at the highest level. Potter a decent bloke but just far too soft and far too nice for this elite level of the game. Maybe in the future, if he goes somewhere else in that sort of gap between where Brighton were perceived to be and the elite clubs and gets a proper taste for winning he may be back but honestly I genuinely don’t see it. LAM09 7,062
Better late than never. I really wanted him to be the long-term option we've been crying out for, but he was out of his depth from the get go and his post-match comments alone said everything you needed to know. Boehly needs to carefully assess all candidates this time around before going all in. Johnnyeye and ulsterchelsea

Pizy 18,952
Naglesmann has huge upside and potential but also big risk. Enrique has everything to prove outside of Spain and is a big risk. Poch has been away from management for 2 years now and would be a risk to come in this late into the season. There isn’t really a sure fire, obvious guy out there that we can say with certainty will succeed. Except for Conte, imo. But I sadly can’t see our board wanting that drama. mkh
DDA 9,941
I'm over the moon the man has gone but I can't get on board with posts/tweets that are straight up cuntish calling him a clown and shit. He comes across as genuinely decent human being but ultimately couldn't do what was expected of him here at this wonderful club of ours. I hope this Naglesmann is the real deal, I really don't know much about him. Johnnyeye, Laylabelle, ulsterchelsea and 1 other

OneMoSalah 8,886
Fuck knows who we go for now because if Nagelsmann, Poch and Enrique are (would likely imagine they would be anyway to get a full pre-season) waiting to the summer, then getting someone half decent on an interim basis for like 2-3 months, its not going to be easy. Maybe Todd Boehly will ask Dave Grohl seeing as he hired his physio….
