Well as well-being Todd getting rid of every structure that was here before also does not help. 

It is clear that he wants his guys. 

And that's why I'm convinced that potter will continue to be here because is his guy. 

Usually these type of things tend to be the result. Caos for the first season or two. But then start to rebuild. 

Continue to expect Chelsea to be bad maybe well into next year. I will say it will take the 3rd season of Potter to turn the whole club around.

People shouldn't be bothered about the lack of CL, in terms of attracting talent.

On the contrary, it might even make the club smarter in its approach in terms of scouting and recruitment., instead of getting the next flavor of the season.

While 1-2 signings of the Enzo category are a must have for a title winning side, there's much that can be done in building up the squad to at least challenge for a title.
