I will miss Werners commitment and professionalism but let's have it right, he isn't Chelsea material. Pulisic still has many years ahead of him and I think he has far more ability than Werner which can shine more so if playing in the right team with the right players around him.

Pulisic has played 115 games for the club. How many more games are we going to give him to reach his "potential"?

0 if he is unwilling to sign an extension. We can easily include Werner with this deal and sell Pulisic too.

Werner is at least fit most of the time and his movement and runs cause havoc against teams who play high lines. Perhaps with a bunch of new faces he’d rediscover his form?

Pulisic is made of glass and is feast or famine when he is fit. Werner will also at the very least run himself into the ground for the team.

I think there's little chance we end up selling him and Werner in the same window having lost Lukaku already.

It would really depend on incoming players. I really don’t see a huge difference in keeping either Pulisic or Werner. Pulisic had one injury last year that had him on the sideline for games. When he twisted his ankle in an international game. He was never injured in a game for Chelsea. The made of glass thing was applicable in the previous year, but his muscle injuries have not reoccured.

Whatever player Juve wants, fine by me. I doubt they want a player swap. That rarely happens anymore. Teams want the cash.

He's physically weak & has little to nothing to help address that. Look at Davies when he joined Bayern compared to now - Mentality.

They did with Arthur, so there's previous.

Right and now Werner, hides from taking penalty kicks in games and PK shootouts, misses absolute sitters and often will not take the shot… and he is a striker, he should want all of that, it should be in his dna. Neither are going to be missed. Include the one Juve wants, if they want one, is what I am saying.

I'm not sure what Werner's weaknesses have got to do with Pulisic, which you brought up.

At this point, I couldn't care less if any of our attackers left (this season could be make or break for Havertz).

My point was both have weaknesses that will not be missed when they leave. Pulisic at 23 and Werner at 26 are probably going to be exactly what they will be for the rest of their careers here. The only way either improve is in a different system and different league.

Wonder how Havertz’s morale would be effected if both his German teammates leave in the same summer. He seems particularly close with Timo.

He seems very close to Mount and Chilwell too so I don't see any problems with that.

Btw, from most of the footage I’m watching of De Ligt on YouTube it seems he plays on the right side of the defense. So if we’re genuinely after him I wonder what that means for Koundé who also plays on that side.

If De Ligt is indeed Tuchel’s man then I once again bring up Gvardiol who as a left footed player would perfectly slot in as our LCB.
