Seeing that he would rather stay here and be paid £3m less shows that it’s really not about the money but a matter of principle. Another Saudi Club may be interested or Roma so let’s wait and see what happens. He may want to stay in Europe, be paid less but play competitive football here not necessarily with Chelsea!
