I will fucking flip if they pull off another shithousery

Same

The plus side is we're playing them early on this time.

Not when they've been on a long run of terrible form and are looking for a comeback game.

Also, this game aside.

Fixture list looks so frustrating.

No breather for the next 6 weeks. One annoying fixture after the next.

Not sure if playing all the big sides early and out of the way makes things easier, especially in the winter months when we usually struggle.

Clever rotation needed. Werner should be used for Liverpool and City.

We desperately need another CM.

Maybe better to get these big fixtures out of the way before the Champions League begins.

No chance Alonso gets dropped after 2 masterclass performances.

Why not? he's not had a long run of good games after 2016-17. Sensible to rotate him for Chilwell who's the better LWB

Suppose it depends how fit Chilwell is though. If he’s not at the pace, it would be safer to continue with Marcos who so far hasn’t really put a foot wrong in the last 2 games. If he is fit enough though then aye bringing him in isn’t as big a risk. Its same for Reece on the right. Its just a weird and tough pre-season as Tuchel said in numerous interviews.

This has banana skin all over it!

Arse will be under pressure to get a result after getting zonked by brentford

Could work out well for lukaku to set up shop if he stonks all over them and wins us the game

But we will need to be at the races for this one.

If TT knows what he's doing, he has to drop Alonso.

Alonso's past performances against Arsenal have been nothing short of abysmal. Why would this be any different. Not to mention Alonso is easily one of the players who lacks consistency.

2 masterclass performances (I really would not call his SC performance “masterclass” but whatever), then drops a stinker on the next one.

Alonso has regained his old form, He was rapid and everything he touched worked yesterday.

Im not his biggest fan but you cant deny yesterday, Absolute class he was.

Agree about lukaku having to start this one.
