Sharp performance, felt sorry for Timo stop start runs for both our midfielders who seem incapable of playing the ball needed. In preseason I was concerned about Kova big time and he had a very very good performance today.

Amazing all season, what a player. No surprise no one wants to be our 4th guy if Kova at this level is 3rd. These 3 monster players will share minutes in a long season cannot see Saul getting much.

Early days but if there is some sort of fight for that 4th spot Gallagher is light years ahead of Saul, Gilmour but again he is too good for that.

I feel Kovacic is one of our best players, and our attackers options are slumping. Tuchel needs to have Jorginho, Kante, and Kovacic on the pitch at the same time.

Don’t agree.. Great to have these 3 guys around, but no need to play them at the same time. We are stable enough with 2 CM-s, we more struggle with creativity, like against Zenit.

Actually we are struggling in midfield this season. Lukaku stays high on the pitch, teams are packing the middle even more. Which attacker actually provides creativity?

zenit actually forced us to play out wide and again packed the middle.

Great assist again. He still doesn’t score but at least he has developed a knack for releasing vertical passes at the right moment. Most of our players are terrible at this but his sublime  assist vs villa was no fluke. 

his fifth assist already this season. Finally provides the output his technical class warrants

Such a puzzling player. He has played two of the best through balls of the season but in other matches his forward passing is abysmal.

Still, he’s such a vital player and when in form is one of the best midfielders around.
