Conte not having full managerial powers may or may not be a bad thing.

Look at the wonders Jose did with it: do you remember KDB and Salah (not to mention Lukaku)?

If they are not good enough to play in his fabled starting XI, they are sold. Now, whoever hires jose should know that.

They need to put faith in a manager because we will be in this vicious cycle forever. Conte has proven that he is quality and already won us the league. 

If you want to build a team that can compete for a good 5 years then we need that type of investment we gave Jose when he first came here. 

 

The core of that team lasted for ages and was easier to build around. Jose might have left but future managers had something to work with. 

 

Seek out out an identity, get the right manager to implement that style of play and invest in what they need. 

Otherwise nothing will change. We will continue to frustrate managers and Buy players that aren’t good enough for the team

For someone who prides himself on winning, Conte is sure doing a bad job at finding solutions to our problems and making tactical adjustments to ensure we get the win. You can practically copy and paste the general comment on the team's performance from one match to another. It's always the same. Flat, uninspiring and clueless most of the time.

So what? Should we withdraw ourselves from 2 competitions so we have more time to prepare for games? Or lose on purpose in a cup? We are Chelsea, we are supposed to be a top team. Every single top team has a busier schedule. And we have been struggling with it the whole season.

Last season he was this god, exhalted above all other managers and capable of turning crap into gold. People actually wanted the club to buy average/decent players and all kinds of 'experiments' because Conte would do his abracadabra ting and take them to higher levels. And you're a fool if you think otherwise.

Now he's a fraud, unmotivated, needs to go bla, bla, bla.

The same thing over and over again. It's the damnedest thing.

Think back before we used to have a bigger squad or players that could come in place of someone else and still get a result.. These days not the case. Which doesn't help. Not a excuse though we were just shite and it's been the case for a while. 

I just don't see how the rumours of who he's being replaced with would help him. You would think what truth is there to them...
