He hasn't given a single reason (valid or not) as to why they have been removed.

What difference does it make and why do we need to know? Presumably another 2 members of the 12 strong medical team will be there instead. I'm all for the everybody from the tea lady to the owner matters mantra, but this is a football club and our concerns should probably start and end with which 7 substitutes will be on the bench. What odds does it make as to which kit man or medical professional gets the nod? Their not going to nick a last minute goal, pull a special set piece out of the bag or keep a clean sheet. We wouldn't be concerned with which backroom staff would be on the bench any other week, why should this one be any different?

Jose Mourinho cuts NHS waiting lists to zero after telling doctors who actually needs treating

Jose Mourinho has been thanked by administrators inside the NHS, after he reduced waiting lists to zero by declaring no-one genuinely in need of treatment.

The newly qualified medical expert and Chelsea football manager, was keen to bring his gifts to bear across the NHS after flexing his diagnostician muscles during Chelsea’s opening day draw against Swansea.

As one Chelsea insider told us, “If you want to know if a player needs treating or not, do not look at the doctors, do not look at them – you look to Jose, only Jose.”

Mourinho himself told reporters he was glad to help the NHS with his special skills.

He said, “To make a correct diagnosis, you must first understand people who fake injuries, and I spend all day with footballers, so I know fakers.”

It's hard to believe this argument keeps being thrown around. Managers such as Benitez and Pellegrini change clubs almost as often as Jose, if not more. The difference is that they generally get sacked, whereas Mourinho walks out himself after he's won enough, this is the only reason why this "Mourinho never stays at a club" thing keeps being thrown around over and over.

If you look closely at his career though, any time he's left a club was actually quite understandable. At Porto, he left after winning everything to go to a larger club and league, this was what any young manager would have done - take an opportunity to expand his career. At Chelsea, he left because he had no conditions of staying, just like at Real Madrid in 2013. At Inter, he left when he was given a bigger job. Again, he did what any other manager would have done.

It's stupid to say he will leave after 3 years for no other reason than he "can't stay at a club for more than 3 seasons".

As you said, Mourinho left for different reasons his past clubs. What will happen with Mourinho before 2019 is the same that happened in 2007 with Chelsea and Madrid in 2013: "he wont have the conditions of staying".

Mourinho actually creates bad conditions for himself as soon as the results aren't goof enough. He started to lose his Chelsea job back in 2007 when things were bad in the middle of 06/07 season and he blamed the lack of activity in winter market for losing the PL for United. His years in Spain were not exaclty a success. Someone would say he won La Liga. Bernd Schuster also won La Liga with Madrid in past 10 years, and lets be honest, winning La Liga with Madrid is far from a huge achievement, everybody knows Mourinho was hired to win UCL, and left the club giving himself praise for winning Copa Del Rey.

Mourinho is easily the best manager in the world to take a group of good individuals and build a winning team as soon as possible. I'm not sure about his success as a long term manager, when is requires to build a team from nowhere. The defense situation is pretty much what Mourinho is about. 2013/14 season, Luiz and Ashley Cole strugling, Azpi, Cahill, Terry, Ivanovic played together a couple of games and the team conceded few goals. That back four remained the main defense for the rest of the season. That was supposed to be a quick fix for a team that lacked "proper Mouinho's players".

Ivanovic played for the first as a RB for Chelsea in the classic 3-1 win at Anfield, first leg in 08/09 UCL quarters. Hiddink was the manager and Ivanovic still was used in that position in some games for the rest of the season. 09/10 season under Ancelotti, Ivanovic was used as RB for many games, but he was never the undisputed one in that position. Bonsingwa and even Paulpo Ferreira played some games in that position when required.

Between 2011 and 2013 Ivanovic played most of his games as a CB, but Mourinho decided Ivanovic was his legendary RB. It seems we don't need any other player in that position, since he is the man. Now we are starting 2015/16 season, and Ivanovic is our only opition as a RB, and thats unbelieveable.

Azpilicueta is a fucking RB. After 2013 he became the udisputed LB. Cahill is not world class, Terry is in decline. Mourinho has stability, and he is the one who asks for players and the team lacks depth, specially in defensive terms.

Mourinho never accepts defeats very well. If the team don't win any big trophies this season, Mourinho will start 16/17 season under huge pressure from press and from himself, then another trophyless season, he will leave, theres no doubt about it. Mourinho won't stay as Chelsea manager with no trophies.

Apparently, Dr Carneiro hasn't been back at Chelsea since Mourinho called her a "filha de puta" (son of a bitch, or more literally, daughter of a bitch) in front of 41,000 people. Fearn was present at the meeting, but she wasn't. I won't be surprised if she now resigns and sues the club for constructive dismissal. If this happens, I don't see how Mourinho can keep his job.

I was planning on writing a pretty lengthy comment on Dr Mourinho's bizarre (but predictable) press conference today, his refusal to apologize and his threats to walk out, and what this means for the future of the club, but I'll save it for tomorrow. The fact that the club is empowering this egomaniac by not forcing him to apologize to both Fearn and Carniero, shows an incredible shortsightedness and an unwillingness to learn from Mourinho's chequered history.
