Fucking hell!Nope I mean the contract gave him assurance and authority, he can do virtually anything now bar insulting Roman. Like I said before I really don't think he would dare to do something like this 2 years ago even if we lose our opening game in a similar situation as last week.We cant and wont sack him even if we want to, but we gave him lot more control now. Sacking is something that should be reserved for failure only anyway such as losing the dressing room, failure in competitions and so on but firing a trusted member of staff is pretty low though. We couldn't afford this with just 10 men on the pitch in the last minutes of the game. Staff needs to think tactically too, not just players and managers. Doctor's have an obligation to the well being of anyone who requires medical attention, they should have no regards to a tactical advantage or disadvantage of their actions. If the ref waves them on, they are to come on.That being said, I couldn't care less about the staff Mourinho chooses to have/not to have around, that's his call.
