The old adage in football is that managers should never go back. Guus Hiddink proved that you can return to a former club (PSV) and be successful again, as did many others. If Mourinho waits for Ferguson to retire.. he's going to be waiting for a long time. City are scared of becoming us, thus won't pull the trigger on Mancini.

I think term means about changing managers all the time, City want managerial stability (almost for the sake of it) which we should not complain about, Mancini their for the long term suits us down to the ground.

I agree.. some website see that other websites have said "12m + Lamps" and then they write the same thing and add some bullsh*t of their own, and so on... There's never anything that proves things are actually being done, just rumors and more rumors.
