I really wish we had gotten Klopp or Pep instead of Mourinho, in terms of playin style we have regressed as a club on top of that we have lost a lot of quality for cheap not good enough replacements. Parking the bus in games against big teams when we have players who can beat any team without the need to park the bus, please give me a break. I know this post might be unpopular but Mourinho is no longer on his game. He has arguably made the squad worse, look at A Cole got worse because of Mourinho, Luiz, Mata,Lampard, Oscar, Torres all those players regressed from our previous season when they were supposed to have kicked on I blame the coach for tht, (dont tell me Oscar improved because his stats say otherwise he had 11 goals in his first season and more assists compared to his second season) Even Cahill he only got better becoz he was in a defensive system, his always been vulnerable when we play football instead of parkin the bus so I dont rate his improvement that much.

This forum is for people to share their different opinions not for us to all agree to be yes man. I dont like Mourinho at the same time I respect people who like him, because at the end of the day I love Chelsea not the manager

Congratulations to Ancelotti but... a coach that won 1 title with a great team in ACMilan in8 years, and a coach that lost a league with PSG without any competition... I don't tink he is really that good.

He has some great moments specially in europe, but a lot of seasons really bad. For exemple many here say this season was really bad, Ancelotti with a lot of cash lost 1 title in France with PSG against no one.

He is a great coach no doubt about it. But...

In Madrid he has Mourinho team + Bale. No Barcelona and Guardiola killed Bayern.

If José had done what Simeone did today and ran on the pitch trying to attack a player he'd have been labelled a disgrace to football and the English media would be calling for his resignation or sacking.

Flavor of the month Simeone does it and it's "passionate" and basically already forgotten.

Failed to win the league with the worst Barca side in years by far and played Atleti without their best player in the CL final. Spent £100m + and had last years new signings settled. Carlo came to a squad that went to the semis three times and then spent: 86M on Bale(match winner), 25.5m Isco(super sub), 32m Illarramendi(wow). Anything less than a Champions league finals berth would've been a huge disaster.

Credit to Carlo though! wonder what would've been said had they not scored in the final minute of the game.

To be honest I don't even know why we are debating this. What Mourinho did in Madrid has nothing to do with his current job.

He failed to win the UCL with Real and Carlo managed to win in his first season in charge. FACTs. Is Carlo better than Mourinho, I don't think so, I will pick the portuguese any day of the week, I also think Simeone did a better job than Ancelotti and is easily the manager of the season.

To other side its just ignorance to downgrade Carlo's conquest just to make Mourinho's years in Madrid better. Just imagine Mourinho winning UCL with us, and someone saying "big deal, not winning anything with this squad and the amount of money he has would be embarrassing". For fuck sake, Ancelotti has 3 fucking UCL trophies, and alongside Paisley, is the most successful manager in Europe ever. FACT.

He won the first UCL trophy for Real in 12 years, and Mourinho was supposed to do that but failed. FACT. The rest, are excuses.

For me it would be better if Mourinho could win a third trophy as Chelsea manager, and we could be discussing his achievements with us, instead of trying to find excuses for his Real Madrid's failure.

I figured you were going to go there. Its a 50-50 thing. Going by your quotes, Barca lost 5, won 6 and drew 6. That does not sound like dominance for a team that beat everyone silly. Stop reading Dailymail. I will post below the record of Real Versus Barca from 2004 till 2010 right before Jose so you can try and figure out things. Prior to 2010 Real maybe won four games is all. After 2010 It was a toss up. Real got knocked out in the round 16 or earlier until Jose took them to three semis in a row. So exactly what part give credit when credit is due don't you get?
