So it's not a "short patch up job".Easy to say" let's just introduce some young players" . Problem is that we already have a young team where most of the older players are past their prime.+ the fact that the players we lack are right down the spine of the team (ST, CM, CB). So putting in young players into does spots really isn't a good option, unless your willing to win nothing for the next 3-4 seasons.First we need to get this team "clicking" (which requires quality signings) then we can start introducing youth into the team.Where did I say to replace all old players for young ones ?
