Yes, José said it, he has no problem now with Roman.Now, I may be very naive but I trust his words, he wanted a relation of truth with the players and fans, he got it, so, I believe him.

If he goes to City, good luck for him, he'll need it.I think he'll come back, logically, there are no manager available now, and Roman wont do the same error he did with AVB, so, he will get the best available, and José is the only one.About future problems, they are adult persons and they'll do what is best for the club.

Another reason why appointing Jose would be a bad idea. It will simply make Chelsea some sort of Old boys gentlemen club with both gushing over each other in an enviroment of nepotism and sentimentality , not to mention with players passing their peak (Ashley Cole) and those who are one small injury from being put in a wheelchair and have no kneecaps (Terry, Cech and Essien) being included aswell. Please, the old order is dead, lets create a new one with the likes of Mata, Hazard, Cesar, Courtois etc.

The 'Old' is, for most of them, three times Premier League Champion, four time FA Cup winner, and Europan Champions aswell, so, I would be very happy if José is appointed and Lamps is still at the club, we'll have team spirit, intelligent people at the right place, harmony, and results.

There isn't one reason why it would be a bad idea lol. And yeah, having one of the greatest midfielders of our generation as a coach would make us into an old boys gentlemen club??? No it just makes sense, because he knows more about playing in midfield than anyone does. Ashley cole is still one of the best left backs, JT is still one of our best defenders and Cech if anything has shown how much of a quality keeper he still is. We can't just get rid of everyone because they reach a certain age. Without, Cech, Cole, and Lampard this season we would be in a much worse state than we are.
