Essien19 1,415
But but he is specialist in failure. LolYou win some, you lose some, thats what football is about. Van Gaal, Wenger, Pellegrini all of them have in common that they would kill for being the current Champions of England and Curling Cup winners. Seeing who are the real specialists in failure is plain and simple. iceboy
BleedsBlue 1,549
If there is one manager in Chelsea's history that deserves a chance to turn this season around till the end of the season, it's Jose Mourinho. * Chelsea: 4 League titles won in the last 10 years, 3 won by Jose. (75%) * Jose: 5 full seasons at Chelsea, won 3 league titles (60% success rate) + 3 League Cups and 1 FA cup * The longest unbeaten home record in the EPL, 77 games. (ended by an undeserved penalty vs Sunderland)Fine if you say the majority of this is history and happened last decade, then only judge him on his second spell: * 2 full season, 1 EPL (50% success rate) + a League cup beating Liverpool + Spurs* never lost a big game in the league in 2013-14, beat Liverpool, United, City, Arsenal, Spurs etc. * lead from the start in the league in 2014-15 till the end, 274 days, a record* won the league by 16 (13) points when it mattered, ended with a difference of 8 points. * recorded the fewest losses in all competitions in 2014-15* didn't lose at home in 2014-15* won the COC final, after getting hammered 5-3 by Spurs earlier in the competition. Remember this moment? He loves us, he loves Chelsea, he is one of us.5 full seasons and 3 league titles, if he doesn't deserve time till the end of the season to turn this around, who does? FINALLY! Someone who is willing to remember the good he has done for us at a situation like this.Brilliant post mate. Now just be prepared for this is Chelsea FC not Mourinho FC posts. Rhino's Skin 972
well that particular quote of his seems to be back firing ...if he doesnt win anything for 10 years...then maybe so.Its a long back fire and could be 9 years to go
Rhino's Skin 972
West Ham was one game, I'd be wary to say there's been a clear improvement just yet.the original quote was zero improvement which I questioned as there has been better than zero since Porto. You said 1 step forward 2 back since which in basic maths insinuates we have gone backwards since then to which I disagreed.I stand by my point....there has been an improvement in general play since Porto...not much, but better than none at all The Skipper
Popular Post! Clockwork 1,794 Posted October 27, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 27, 2015 Think the majority of us share this view. I don't know one fan outside of TC that wants Jose gone.Yep, I've noticed that the opinions of fans on social media are a lot different than those of match goers. That is not surprising, it is called conformity. Most are afraid to express an opinion That differs from the norm or the majority. It is humans biggest fear to be shunned and outcasted. Some stay silent, most confirm to the norm, and very few go against the norm. lucio, bethos1, Heisenberg and 11 others

stroey 2,525
Jose Mourinho knew Chelsea had big problems in the summer, says former Blues winger Pat Nevin"To be fair to Jose, he knew they don't just have problems, but big problems - that is why he tried to sign six players in the summer," he told Goal."There are structural issues that need addressing. For instance, John Stones and Paul Pogba were expensive targets, which hints at concerns with the strength of the starting XI.""The squad achieved beyond their wildest dreams last season, but that was never going to continue."For whatever reason he was not able to get all the players he wanted in during the summer and the form of some of his big names from last season has let him down."[Diego] Costa came back after the summer looking unfit, perhaps even overweight, and Eden Hazard is not the player he once was. Add to the mix the fact that John Terry is another season older and the problems mount up.""As we know, they [Chelsea] have been successful for 10 to 15 years by chopping and changing, but this time they should keep faith in him. His track record demands that - whether they are top four or bottom half, give him time to sort it out."Chelsea are experiencing a small bump just now, but it could get much bigger if they panic and look to replace the most successful manager in their history."http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/jose-mourinho-knew-chelsea-had-big-problems-in-the-summer-says-former-blues-winger-pat-nevin-a3100496.html Blue_Fox_

DYC. 7,542
Mourinho hasn't given Chelsea anything. Just like Mancini and Pellegrini haven't given anything to City. He's played a part in the succes of the club, just like other managers have. MefiX19 1,092
I have big respect for him, because of what he have done with this club, thanks to all of those league titles, FA cups, and carling cups, he is the best manager that this club have ever had! But it's time to go! He's tactics are old, he lies about giving youth a chance, he still plays his favorits, and he is defensive minded manager, he can't get 100% from our attacking players like Hazard, Costa, Fab, Remy and all others... All what he have done with this club is present. We are now 15, FIFTHEEN, with 11 points fro m10 games, ELEVEN POINTS FROM TEN GAMES!!! For club that have won a tilte last season is uneceptable. Thanks Jose for all those trophies, for all good and bad, but it's time to move on. He will always have a place in my hearth. Chelsea need attacking minded manager to get all from our amazing attacking potential. Too play more youth and integrate academy players, too dominate the game even when playing big team, and even maybe to be in level with Bayern, Real and Barca. Thanks for all Jose!
