lionsden 4,689
Van Gaal plays dull unimaginative football. No he doesn't and he certainly didn't at the time Bayern hired him. he built his career off the back of his work at the great attacking ajax side of the 90's and his record of promoting youth also played a role in barca and munich hiring him. He fit their philosphy, now whether his appointment worked out well in the end or not is besides the point and different argument alltogether. But I won't accept he was a mismatch prior to Barca and bayern hiring him. Muzchap
Henrique 9,133
I'll just post the same reply here.Just to add - you describe Simeone like some sort of perfect manager there but if you watch or follow Atletico Madrid closely, you know that is not the case. He has his flaws too.Simeone would never go the press trying to save his own arse and pointing his fingers to individual performances from his players. didierforever 7,349
I love how as a Mourinho critic I'm now against Mourinho fans?I have never insulted anybody with a differing opinion to mine? If you support Jose fair play. I don't - for reason that I and others have articulated in very great detail.I could probably get over the footballing identify, I could probably handle the Lack of rotation, I might excuse the failure to implement changes...BUT I will never forget or forgive him for his recent actions, he has destroyed this season from being arrogant, narcissistic and not even man enough to admit he made a mistake. A true man would have apologised to Eva and Fearn and they would have been back on the bench the next match.Ridiculing the players and then wondering why they aren't playing well - whilst distancing himself from any negativity is just pathetic.I think the players have seen through him and realise exactly what this nasty little man is all about. My only hope is that one day - those of you that truly 'love him' will allow these points and many more to wash over you and just test them out - I'm sure you will reach your own conclusions...This.What worse is that even after the SOTON game, when I started hearing his post match and he said, "lets be honest". I thought, he was actually going to say that we are very poor currently. I have made some mistakes with my selextion etc etx. In short, actually be HONEST. Was I ever more wrong. He fucking blamed thr ref for the result. Can u believe that. Soton should have won that match 5-1. That interview simply showed that he has reached the heights of delusion. And he needs to GO Muzchap and Bosnian Blue

Pizy 18,937
Good as Carlo is, I personally can't see him going there and turning a load of average and poor players into great ones and also shopping in the 2nd and 3rd tier of the answer market. Ancelotti would be very effective at a huge club with top players and loads of money but I can't see him righting the titanic at Liverpool.Klopp would fit them like a glove and I truly hope he doesn't go there. Spike 12,049
Simeone has only parked the bus in few occasions. He took us to the cleaners twice (super cup and UCL at the bridge), battered barcelona in the UCL. generally he plays significantly better brand of football and he's tactically light years ahead of the current version of jose. He also doesn't need a gigantic budget in order to be competitive. And yet...he spent over €130,000,000 this season and another €100,000,000 the season before. I suggest you actually look things up before talking out your arse. The league win of 13/14 was an anomaly.http://www.transfermarkt.com/atletico-madrid/transfers/verein/13/saison_id/2015 Blue_Fox_
Popular Post! CHOULO19 24,332 Posted October 4, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 4, 2015 And Liverpool are playing better than us. We have sacked managers for way way less before. I'm genuinely surprised by how some don't seem to realize how bad the situation really is. This is by far worse than any of the 'bad runs' by any of our previous managers. It's our worst start to a season in 35 years! That's not just some statistic. Think about it for a second! I have never seen any a top team start a season this badly. Closest to it maybe Tottenham or Liverpool under Hodgeson. We are in genuine trouble here. Even if we magically regain our form and start wining matches which there has been zero signs for, it would still be till at least December or January till we even start competing for top 4 again. If we continue with this current terrible form for another month or so it would probably be too late to get 4th place even if we regain top form afterwards. Hence why the couple of weeks after the international break are crucial, imo. Belgiannutt, MrBlueGuy, Henrique and 26 others

Most of the experiments here were made to explain how the holocaust could have taken place, why people cooperated, changed beliefs, and even participated ( the jewish capo's burning people in concentraties Camps). Popular Post! supporter 3,088 Posted October 4, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 4, 2015 IMO The situation is completely hopeless / paranoid. Sometimes it seems that we are cursed this season. This is a very frustrating situation, I am really sad because it seems completely impossible to reverse our season.I understand those people who think that Jose is the only culprit of our situation, but IMO Jose is part of our problem, and not the only culprit. Jose is guilty in the same proportion as when he was guilty of our successes last season. But our problem is deeper. All our planning has been a big mistake since May:1. A wrong and few signings during the summerr market.2. Wrong sales (Filipe Luis must be playing in our starting eleven).3. No major signing to encourage competition in our squad. As a result of this erroneous planning we have right now a team without any kind of motivation / ambition, with accommodated players and a manager who is not being able to redirect our situation, a situation where players and manager seem totally desperate and unable to solve our problems.Right now nothing or anyone can improve this team because it is a matter of mental block, of mentality. It is a matter of a winning team totally collapsed because they do not know how to live in a scenario that no one expected. Even Guardiola, or Messi, or Joachim Löw, or even the best Diego Armando Maradona would fail with us right now because our players and manager are mentally collapsed. And unclog this collapse is going to be very complicated. Also does not help us when some fans (to whom I respect their opinion, obviously) are always criticizing any noise around our team and make criticisms against Jose when he has been very important to us.For example, to me what happened with Eva Carneiro is ridiculous. The press has seen something where they could hurt us and they have exploited it to the fullest. Please, we can not be arguing all day between us just because a doctor. That is like shoot bullets against our own team. It is a trap, a trap that has created a situation of permanent noise with paranoid attitudes debating if Eva Carneiro is a key part of our project or not.Sometimes it seems that some fans are looking to find our mistakes than be enjoying our successes.Obviously our situation is not caused by our fans, but we might not be so pessimistic / criticism about our team, on each defeat, on each draw, because sometimes it seems that every time when we do not win a match that means like the end of the world.Less pessimism would be better for us. And now it is when we have to support our team, is when we can help our team, not writing every five minutes #mourinhosacked on Twitter to cause a global trending topic against us.About Jose: IMO he is completely out of himself right now. Jose is unmotivated, without his winning eyes and he looks depressed on the bench. The phrase "park the bus" has affected him and he is totally obsessed with making conservative approaches to "annoy" the people who say that. But Jose is forgetting football to focus on "the discussion of the bus" and that's hurting us. Jose should forget quickly the absurd debate of the "manager of the boring bus" and he has to do again competitive approaches as he knows how to do perfectly.I trust Jose, and I think he should stay with us because he is a manager made for us: he knows the team, he knows the fans, he respects Chelsea and one thing that is important, Jose loves our team, even feeling totally involved with us, something that is very hard to find in modern football. Maybe another coach can come, perhaps someone better (I think that's difficult), but not someone who loves us more than how Jose loves us.Find a new manager now would not be a solution. It would be start all over again and start a new project in midseason (which usually fails). What should Jose change to reverse our situation ?.1. Reorganize his mind: forget the "debate of the bus" and do offensive approaches like he did at the beginning of last season. But smart offensive approaches, without being naive in defense.2. Forget the old school: Ivanovic can not continue being our right-back anymore. Nor Mikel, John Terry (Captain, Leader, Legend -his case is different-), or Fabregas ....3. Put the batteries and motivate Eden Hazard. Come on! This guy should be leading our team and he's gone. Hazard must change his behavior because he is failing this season. 4. Forget to win Premier League (it's impossible) and fully focus on winning Champions League, FA Cup and / or League Cup (besides trying to be in the top 4 in the table). And gradually create a new team with young players and players with ambition.5. Sign players in the January transfer market: our policy of signings in the summer market has been incomprehensible, and now we have three months to think in which players we can sign in January to improve our performance.Players like (not mean that we have to sign all but IMO would be a good roadmap).(All of them are players who can play Champions League with us this season)1. Centre-Back.A. John Stones. Would be the perfect choice.B. Laporte. Stones like, but Stones is better acclimated to Premier League rhythm.2. Right-Back.A. Fabinho (Monaco). He is the the natural heir of Maicon in Brazil. Also Barcelona, Manchester City, United, PSG and Arsenal have been linked with Fabinho. For me he is the best option in the market (Coleman is impossible).3. Midfielder (Mikel out).A. William Carvalho. For me he is the best option: a beast in midfield able to distribute the ball from behind, being a wall on defense, and able to play in Matic's role or close to him.4. A creative midfielder (or perhaps two watching Fabregas performance).A. Gundogan. For me he is the best option in the market. Maybe he is not as in 2013, but Gundogan is playing again with Borrussia and playing almost every minute. Our technical team should Watch him closely in these three months. If Gundogan is fully recovered, he is our best option to give some sense to our midfield. We need someone like him.B. Bernardo Silva (Monaco).5. A forward?.Perhaps the most difficult decision. If Diego could get totally focused on football and he could forget about the "absurd fights," he would be the best striker in the world. But Diego is forgetting football and Jose should redirect his behavior.Remy always has good performance but he did not just to step forward in goals stats.Falcao is an inexplicable mystery for the humanity. How can a knee injury emaciate a player this way ?.Possible targets ?, I do not know ... but maybe sign a player who can play as N.9 and also as a winger it would be good option for us.But the most important thing is to restore a situation without anxiety and paroxysm. Worse than we are now It's impossible to be. We are a winning team and we have to recover that mentality playing match by match. The following 7 games are more or less easy for us before the next break for the national teams. If we have good results, the scenario will be completely different. So now we have to be together, trust Jose, trust our players and let them work. Obviously I understand people who are angry with our situation (I am too) but we can not shoot against ourselves. And also we have to revolutionize our starting eleven, being Ruben Loftus-Cheek our main midfielder leading our ball circulation from behind. With Azpilicueta - Zouma - Cahill - Baba in defense, with Matic - RLC - Oscar - Willian in the midfield, and Hazard and Diego Costa in attack. And Jose must stop being stubborn and soften the approaches to be more offensive as he can do because Jose Mourinho is not just "the coach of the bus" Jose is able to make us play as a complete team, a total football, completely spectacular because he already did in the past (the last season for example)Without the pressure of having to win every weekend Premier League as when you have to fight for the trophy, now we have the opportunity to bet on the younger players and those players who really show the necessary ambition to return us to the path of winning trophies again.Sorry for the long text, and sorry for my English.GO BLUES!
