I used to really like Mourinho. He was funny, charming and had the world of football in his palms. Now, he just seems bitter about something. There is a chip on his shoulder. Watching his interviews these days just isn't the same. Did something happen in his personal life? Is he just burnt out and tired?

Bloody hell, he stated that City was a 'false win'. What does that even mean? They scored three goals that were without controversy. What is he trying to accomplish? Is he trying to build another 'siege mentality' against the world? I don't like it. I don't mind if people hate Chelsea, they are entitled to their opinions but I don't like how Mourinho is giving a rotten image of the club through his abrasive personality. He just makes the club so easily hatable. He did the same to Inter and he did the same to Real.

I'm sure he is a fine person behind closed doors, a great husband and father but his media image as of right now is very, very negative.

Never said anything about things all Jose just reiterated some shit from posts previous, in fact I stated he's no angel! However there are pages on pages of bollocks of doom & gloom cus of doctorgate, etc etc, tbh I'm not going to have a long drawn out cyber discussion cus I've far better things to do with my time.

However its astonishing reading some of the bollocks written on here just a few months after winning a Prem league title for the first time in 5 years & that was the only one we one since Jose left with largely his signings!

We are not going to win it every season, its far tougher nowadays & fans have to be realistic to that fact, far too much pessimism for my liking on here.

I've been trying to not say much, but all I can really say is that I would have waited until around December this season to re-sign Mourinho. That was a dumb decision.

He might have lost the dressing room though. It seems that way, and he doesnt have an answer besides being blind and authoritarian. The JT thing will haunt us, watch my words. You do not want internal struggles like we have now. We won the league because it was us against the world. Now we won it, Mou will make us fight internally. That is why he is a three year coach. In/out group psychology - it makes amazing results and dramatic falls. I called it two years ago. Sigh.

What you are saying is very interesting and can be related to another recent 'issue' : Ivanovic being undropable and vice-captain. The serbian has to be an emblematic figure into the dressing room (after Terry (and Mikel lol) he is our oldest serving player, after all) and by the looks of it, he is definitely Mourinho's "general" (undropable and VC).

So if what you are suggesting has some truths in it — and in my opinion, there are many —, one situation could explain the other. He wants a figure of the dressing-room to be by his side to act as a support so he is not singled out by the whole like what happen in Real..

Said from the beginning, if mourinho gambled on youth and we finished second or third I will not cared. Just as long as it's sustainable time.

But if not I do expect us to challenge.

So far it looks like it will be the latter.

We start bad but can recover, and have full hope that this lot can do good.

Sadly I would have liked a season to gamble on youth. Especially now since we just won the Damn tittle and he got a new contract.

I do agree the lack of respect shown to Jose sometimes is mondblowing, I mean this is the best manager in the club's history ffs, however I can fully understand the concern with performances.

Today was horrible, the only time I have seen teams rip us to shreds like that was funnily enough Barca and Bayern on the way to the CL trophy but for obvious reasons no one was really bothered, Swansea were the better team at The Bridge, the "vibe" just isn't very good at the minute, and this is coming from someone who alwaystrys to find positives.

Although I am still behind Jose, if I'm honest I've made peace with the fact this season is going to be a bit of a flop (in comparison to our expectations set by the board and Jose himself) but I'm hoping he can see through it and we can rectify the mistakes of this window (unless we have a late splurge) and set ourselves up for future years because luckily this team is still at a good enough age for us to rectify not refreshing it before we stagnate ala 10/11 again.

I don't mind finishing 3rd or 4th as long as Loftus Cheek, Zouma, Stones(?) become regulars at the club.

What I would mind is finishing 3rd, 4th while sticking with Ivanovic and Cahill.

We have had unsuccessful years, but the stadium was always full and only United sell more kits than us. Fans support the team through thick and thin. Top football clubs in England have never received so much support in the history of football. It is silly to call for support when some fans criticize the player or manager that you are fan of.

I believe Mourinho wanted to become a legend o Premiere L. like Ferguson. He already left his mark but he is an ambitious guy who wants trophies and I am not sure if he will be happy and motivated if the money flows to develop the new stadium as he will have less funds to improve the team. He came here for titles. If he does not get the financial support he needs I expect more tantrums and drama caused by him.

Typically we would have started the season on good form then have had a very dark/toxic cloud around Chelsea in October/November. I'll take some solace in the fact this is all happening in August, after matchday 2. We still have 2 weeks to splash the cash (God help me if we don't) and months upon months to recover to get our shit together, because Man City will go through a tough patch at some point. At least there's that.
