Considering I wouldn't play Ramires in a pivot role, knowing he has a special ability to press high up the pitch, can be a good dribbler when he wants to and can get some goals/assists, here are a couple of examples of how we can cope: In case Cesc is injured/rested:--------- Matic Willian Ramires Hazard----- Costa Falcao In case Matic is injured/rested: -------- MikelRamires Cesc Hazard----- Costa FalcaoIn the first formation, Ramires wouldn't be playing behind the striker but rather more offensively than Matic, pressing high and letting Costa or Falcao drop back.
