Weird to see that come to the surface again now. Maybe we will see that quote every time Lampard score from now..

Popular Post! DH1988 1,356 Posted December 3, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted December 3, 2014 Honestly the more I see Frank playing for City and the interviews he gives the more I lose respect for him. It is quite sad, and this is my own opinion of course, but he has completely ruined his Chelsea fanbase and status in my eyes.Example? Damien Duff, Spurs bid more, Newcastle bid less "I couldn't go to Spurs, I know how Chelsea fans would feel about that" I know Frank can still do it at the top level but was that a reason to go to manchester city of all places? "He's only on loan mate?" Go on loan to somewhere else. Tomo, The Chels, Term-X and 3 others

"He's only on loan mate?" Go on loan to somewhere else. They say you can only truly hate what you once loved so perhaps it's because I never loved Frank that I don't feel any bitterness towards him now.Forget the loan, Frank is at City because his contract at Chelsea ran out. If Chelsea had wanted Frank enough to offer him a new deal he found acceptable, he'd still be here. Since we didn't do that, he left. That's all fine in my book. City or no City, Frank would never have ranked among my favourite players but nothing he does for Man City will sully his Chelsea legacy as far as I'm concerned.Frank is entitled to pursue his career and, be honest, it would be remarkable if he was not at least a little bit motivated by wanting to show Chelsea that that'd made a mistake. Personally, I don't think we made a mistake but that's irrelevant, it's what the man himself thinks that counts. While he was here, that man did what he did, and we won what we won. His legacy is in the book. Let's all just say amen and leave it at that. TheOneChan95 and Fernando
Atlas Lion 1,223
you mean the moscow final (which I don't even want to remember, I don't remember being as hateful, pissed off and simply devastated by a sports match like that), I actually mean in the SF against Liverpool in 2005...We weren't tbh. If it wasnt a goal then it would of been a penalty with Cech going off after his challenge against Garcia.

BlueLyon 9,359
As someone said Lamps will come to our board eventualy...I somehow seriously doubt it will happen as long Mou is our manager. Sooner Lamps will get in city board after hearing how nasty paycheck he will be getting there.

RoyalBlues 4,050
Jose Mourinho: No room for egos in my Chelsea team The Portuguese says all his players are focused solely on winningJose Mourinho says there is no room for rampant egos in his Chelsea dressing room as the team’s main focus is simply to win.Chelsea maintained their six-point lead at the top of the table with a 3-0 win over Tottenham on Wednesday night and Mourinho looks to have forged a highly-focused and single-minded squad. When asked whether any of his players deserved more praise for their displays this season, he told Yahoo-Eurosport in a recent interview: “I think a good quality of our team is that we don’t care about it (individual praise).“We just care about the team, about the result, about the table, about our collective ambition. “We don’t have space for selfish people, we don’t have space for egocentric people, we don’t have space for people who think more about themselves than the team.“I think this is a great quality for us.“Obviously we like very, very much to have someone voted player of the month or have somebody score the goal of the week – these little things that for some are big things but for us are small things.“What we want is to win matches, play well, make people realise that we play not just to get a result but to reach a certain level of quality of our game.”https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/early-doors/jose-mourinho--no-room-for-egos-in-my-chelsea-team-130040437.html Muzchap and iceboy
