I thought only experienced players and established internationals earning big wages can produce good performances for a club like Chelsea. If it was up to the "experience/reputation is the only thing that counts " crowd, This lad would be on loan right now, benefiting another club with his talent instead. Give these kids a chance to show what they can do and they might surprise many doubters.
