MoroccanBlue 5,382
For a guy that was brought up in La Masia, played under Guardiola, and played for Barcelona and Spain during their possession/Tiki Taka era, to have transformed into a player that loses the ball so fucking much, is unbelievable.  kellzfresh and DDA
1905didierblue 748
Why is it that people condemn a player only after a defeat. Pedro is who he is and was. Throughout his Chelsea tenure he has been bang average with the only saving grace being that he can score a few. His all-round game has always been poor or rather frustrating Alabama
DDA 9,938
There's a reason why Barca, an elite club got rid of him all those years ago and a par average club like ours took him on. There are levels.
Fernando 6,585
No, Pedro like Giroud are good subs. The problem is that in our club they are starting 11. Should be sub, as that is what he was for Barcelona. robsblubot, kellzfresh and LAM09
robsblubot 3,595
Poor against United like most in attack. Older players tend to take a little longer to regain their fitness, so I’d not rule out Pedro just yet. Same applies to azpi.

Popular Post! Pizy 18,909 Posted August 12, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted August 12, 2019 You keep Pedro in the final throw and he's great. Very dangerous anywhere around the opponents penalty area. The problem is everywhere else. He tries to do way too much at times. Tries to dribble his way out of trouble too much, tries to jink and juke too much, and he often gives away silly free kicks in our half by being too eager in his tackles. He's a good weapon to have in our squad but he's got some definite trade offs. Bosnian Blue, Fernando, Vesper and 2 others

In my opinion he should be retained in the squad until either he wants to go somewhere else for more games or when he gets to the point he can't physically compete at this level even as a squad player. Vesper 30,178
Chelsea star Pedro could seek transfer away after growing frustrated with reduced role under Lampard https://www.caughtoffside.com/2019/10/19/chelsea-star-could-seek-transfer-away-after-growing-frustrated-with-reduced-role-under-lampard/  Chelsea winger Pedro is reportedly unhappy with his current predicament at the club, having been forced to sit on the bench at the start of the season. The Spaniard has been restricted to just three Premier League appearances so far this term, with the likes of Willian, Mason Mount and Callum Hudson-Odoi all ahead of him in the squad pecking order. Frank Lampard has opted to give a few younger players the chance to shine since he was appointed as Chelsea’s new head coach, with the likes of Mount, Hudson-Odoi, Tammy Abraham and Fiyako Tomori all benefitting from his selection policy. According to Diario Sport, Pedro could seek a transfer away from Stamford Bridge after growing frustrated with his reduced role under Lampard in recent months. The Spanish publication states that in addition to losing his spot in the starting XI, the 32-year-old’s ex-partner and three children have returned to Spain, putting a strain on his family life.  snip   2nd oldest winger in the EPL (only Aaron Lennon, by 3 months and 2 weeks is older) wildly inconsistent
Tomo 21,751
I swear we're the only club on the planet who don't have players willing to fight for their place. It feels like the only non starter who hasn't allegedly or otherwise complained about lack of starts this season is Caballero. He probably wanted CB on the bench and that's why we had Guehi in the squad. Can you imagine problems when everyone is fit? Let's say for example Kepa, Emerson, Rudiger, Tomori, Azpilicueta, Kante, Jorginho, Mount, Willian, CHO, Abraham starting 11. Willy, Christensen, James, Kovacic, RLC, Pulisic and Michy bench. That leaves Alonso, Zouma, Barkley, Pedro and Giroud out of the squad

Jase 43,479
Pedro's sub performance today should be of no surprise considering how little he's played over the last month or so. But yeah, it does feel like his time is coming to an end here, especially if Willian continue to do what's asked of him by Lampard.
