ChelseasMessiah 304
If Fred coming in means I won't see Lampard's name next to Ramires in midfield week in week out then I'm all for it. Frank should be getting minutes here and there behind the striker and nothing more than that.

bushman 2,043
If Fredy stays on, be it. Chelsea can manage even without him. I really do not know how good he is, but it would help the team to bring a DM, instead.

Rom2013 446
For Inter does he usually play in Midfield? i keep on hearing he plays behind the striker...He is similar in almost everything to Ramires, he plays at Inter sometimes a little more advanced in the pitch but that's not his best position, and that's one of the reasons why some fans at Inter doesn't like him that much.If we put Ramires in CAM he will play a lot worse and do bad decisions too. He did a great game against Milan.
NiclasCFC 2,582
For Inter does he usually play in Midfield? i keep on hearing he plays behind the striker...This season at Inter he has played behind a Lone Striker (Palacio) in a 3-5-1-1, but obviously he is at his best at CM as a box to box midfielder. ilovecolombia 25
Guarin is probably part of a bigger ploy by Mourinho to unsettle Falcao at Monaco. Monaco's bargaining chip to obtain Falcao was obtaining a key midfielder of his national team. Falcao cares quite a bit about his national team and linking up with a key player from said team in midfield means a lot for him.Colombian press are circling rumours that Mourinho wants to bring in both Jackson and Falcao alongside Guarin. Blue Gino 377
Fredy is saying the right things publicly not to offend the Inter fan base and while the club say they would like to evaluate the future and hope Fredy is part of it, they aren't exactly saying "not for sale" either. Gaurin and Ramires in a 4-3-3 would be awesome.
EBH 283
Not too long ago, Fellaini was considered as a fantastic (possible) addition by the majority on here. Gotta love the football world haha. How can this be? Fellaini is a very very average player... he is Tim Cahill, but taller, and using the elbows on people's faces... this is all.Guarín maybe, is not as good as Fellaini. But I think there is a big difference. Players like Fellaini, Marko Marin, they only have one strength... opposition team can very easily plan against this.. somebody like Guarín or Kalou, who does not have any special strong point in the game, are harder to contain because the opposition do not know what to do. They do not know if such a player will put it in row z or dribble out of the pitch, or score a goal. They are unpredictable, this is difficult to combat. His unpredictability was both bad and good. Even still, if you're saying Guarin is like Kalou if he was a CM, i'll fucking take it at this stage!
