  1. 1. Who Is Your Man of the Match?

Seriously somebody voted for De Bruyne? He was absolutely awful tonight. Every pass he mad found a Man Utd player. He will continue to be inconsistent, but he's definitely a fantastic talent. Certainly doesn't deserve the pedestal he's been put on by some of our fans already. Tonight's game will have been a real wake up call for some people.

For those who say Hazard was very poor and invisible today: he made 5 dribbles and 2 tackles according whoscored.com.

I know that doesn't say everything but you can't blame him for the tactics Mourinho chose today...

I agree.

Hazard was our best player up forward, moreover, he helped out defensively. Made a brilliant clearance.

Why are people complaining? Really? REALLY?!

Well, I'm biased as I'm not a big fan of Mourinho as his teams are not great in possession of the ball.

Just look how Real with a much better squad had difficulties beating Manchester last year while Manchester were just sitting deep and not that impressive defensively. With some intricate passing and movements, they should have easily beaten them.

Just look at our back 6 when we had the ball, they were almost alway staying in their position, creating nothing and we have not big forwards that can outpace outmuscle the players in front. Lukaku, Schurrle with his pace.

Ramires staying so deep is for me is a waste.

But if we have 85 pts at the end of the season, great.

But for me I would have liked to see what Benitez could have done with pre-season training, some midfield reinforcements as we had a good basis in our play in the last three four months.

we draw away at the champions and apparently some are complaining ...for me this was one of Jose's best results ...

this was a match we just COULD NOT AFFORD to lose ...FUCK entertainment save that for when we are at the Bridge

True. Still. Mou at his worst. Squeezing points.

and how many good chances came from those 7 plays? How he offered something to the match? Please, stats like that only cover a very invisible presentation. He wasn't the only one though, so I hardly blame him, but he's not even shadow of how he started, let alone finished the season. I see no progress from pre-season at all.

And I'm NOT saying he's shit, he should warm the bench or anything... I'm just saying right now he's playing the same as Mata played - except Mata had no pre-season between extended vacation and injury. This is the one match he could have solved for us and he did nothing except add a couple of stats that won't marginally give him anything except support of biased fans who might even vote for him as MOTM because no matter how shitty - or invisible like today - he plays, there are always people saying he's the best in the pitch (not saying you think so).

And you can't blame Mourinho for how utterly harmless Hazard was in a match he could have killed. He did nothing, he tried a couple of dribbles, but most time he received the ball he did nothing deserving of mentioning...

And whose to say it would have been 0-0 of rafa was in charge. You can criticise Jose all you want but were we or were we not defensively solid. Man city lost to Cardiff yesterday and we draw vs United.

. And that mentality won us two league titles.

The fact is that we never lost against United(maybe a better United than the one we played against today) with Rafa in charge. Hate it or love it.

We were defesively solid, yes, but they still managed to create more chances than us.

And how is it relevant in this matter that City lost to Cardiff?

Have I really seen someone (not you Cosmin, you made a good point) just say Laudrup would have been a better choice after 3 games, top of the league.

It's the sort of mentality we take the piss out of yet someone actually is thinking that way? Jesus

It was somebody else, but I sort of agreed. I think Mou made really bad choices in this game. If he continues to do that, then Laudrup is better. Please don't liquidate me.

Eden Hazard had one of his worst games out there, Lampard was just terrible, KDB was OK but useless, Schurrle was very average. I am disappointed that Mata and Lukaku weren't played because Lukaku would tear United up, remember the hat-trick last year last game.

But why the fuck are people bitching about this shit? We drew at OT and people are gonna bitch at this? Let's forget this was a clean sheet as well. This is a positive for Chelsea but all the pessimistic fans out there are trashing Jose already. Fuck, at this rate people would be wanting Benitez back. Wake up, this is a positive result for us but jit's just that we weren't threatening.

I'm just worried that Liverpool/Spurs have got the upper hand because if they win the next game, they will be leading and I'm sure nobody wants the shitheads at White Hart Lane leading. Though Spurs got Arsenal and Liverpool got Man Utd.

Wow. We draw against United away and keep a clean sheet and people are wanting a different manager.

That's just embarrassing... Honestly. Really really embarrassing.

It literally sums of the vast majority of Chelsea fans now adays and their pathetic attitude. This has been easily one of or the hardest games of the season, and we got out of there with a point. And people are complaining?

Our players were bought for hefty prices due to their POTENTIAL. They still need to develop. No way are they ready to just full on attack United at Old Trafford and expecting a result. Especially when they are the reigning champions

Second off, thank GOD Mourinho actually knows the quality that Michael Carrick has (unlike the lot of you) and packed the midfield to diminish any space he would find to pick out RVP.

Top of the league, Moyes has still yet to win at Old Trafford. Stop fucking complaining.

The dissatisfaction comes from the fact that, Chelsea under Di Matteo and Rafa played the same united team last season on several occasion and dominated them in all the fixtures (even though we had much thinner and exhausted squad). To be honest, i don't see Mou maximising the attactkng potential of this team and we have already seen it this game and two previous ones.
