Just watch how successful he will be in Germany. Sorry guys, but in my opininon he is a decent player. He is fast,he works hard and has good shooting. Yes, he is not talented like Hazard, but he works really hard to impress and to show determination. He showed that not only once, he scored really some important golas for Chelsea. What do you expect from him when he hasn't played for more than 2 weeks and you expect from him to destroy teams, even if he hasn't been on the teamsheet for a long time. He is not a magician who can come up and win us every match, these players are talented, cost more and play more often(always).
I'd prefer Salah to be sold every day, I just don't see that determination which the German has. Salah looks like he have always knew that he can't be Chelsea player for more than 2 seasons and is ok with that.

That's it, he's decent and like people like Salah we need better than just decent. I'm not craving for every player on the bench to be world class but what we need is options that are an upgrade on the likes of Andre and Salah. Andre has had numerous opportunities in the past to live up to his billing, and I'm sorry but he just hasn't done it. I like Andre as a player but how long do you continue with a player who is 1. Not producing when called upon, and 2. Can't even produce the goods against a very poor Shrewsbury side? Not to mention some other really drab performances.

It's no coincidence that it looks like Jose thinks the same too, he just hasn't been good enough.
