It doesn't matter how much we all agree with him, we aren't in the team, we dont have to go out on the pitch in a good mood WANTING to win. And theres enough problems already without adding to them.

I THINK our problem is going to be buying the new players of a quality we NEED and can afford. Cause even getting rid of all the deadwood it wont give us the monety to bring in evev like for like.We need a substantial amount even for the 3 or 4 we need/would like.

Its not going to be sorted in one window is it?

Mate, in the previous summer Gary Cahill AND Azpilicueta were stressing the need for new players. You can look it up. Azpilicueta even went to the extent of saying that some of our replacement players might not be as good as the ones that left.

Its nothing new here. Players say stuff like this all the time. They're just clever in the way they say it, without naming anyone. Besides, I doubt any player bothers about what's said about them in the press, especially if its in indirect quotes.

I dunno bud. All I can say its how I THINK they would/SHOULD feel like.

If it was being talked like that at a Manc team say we would all be cracking up I know I would.

I think it could ruffle a few feathers. Especially the new guys who were signed in the last year because it is in a way pointing to say last summers recruitment wasn't good enough. Although he is right to say we need good players in, anybody who thinks otherwise is nuts, but I think for him to say that publicly in the media is a bad move if it is picked up on by some of the players, I would imagine some people will be thinking "does he mean we need somebody better than me or player x or player y?" and I wouldnt be surprised if somebody took it to heart or takes offence. 

Conte having said about new players being needed earlier in the season it is a different story, a manager is a bigger and more authoritative role than being a players, he can say look hes not good enough get him out, or hes a good player but not as good as player X.

I like the approach as well that Hazard is taking. 

Enough is enough. if the club wants to keep him, show him the ambition. 

If not, just run his contract down and leave. 

Because if there is no ambition, he should just leave to a club that will offer that to him.

One of the top 5 players to ever play for Chelsea. Only JT, Lamps and Didier ahead of Eden.  Almost everything he did with the ball today was class and things  only 2 or 3 players in world football could do . If this is his last game for Chelsea I'm happy to see him leave on a high. Shame we never built a truly top quality team around him or employed the right type of (attacking) manager post 2012/Eden Hazard era to build something truly special. Instead we've been more clueless than we've ever been in this era in terms of boardroom decisions. 

We can only imagine what could have been if Hazard had played alongside the likes of A young Didier and Lamps, Ballack, Robben, Essien and so on.

What do peeps think about this afyer we derided the north London club for Jack Wilshere and Wojciech Szczesny  smoking?

U'm nowhere near a prudeand a playrs private life is just that but I don't agree they should do things like this that will bring the club into question. I can imagine theres a rule about it in their contracts. And a cigar that size isn't one for beginners. Personally I can't and never have seen the attraction. Its not like weed where you get something from it.

But more to the point it looks like our medical director needs to see a quack to get a bit fitter!
