Well, Chelsea fans, how does it feel having won the Champions League but getting no credit? To have won it, but then the world makes it as though you never won it at all. As if the Champions league 2011/2012 never existed, because who can say that you even defended well? The teams you beat, beat themselves more than you beat them. They shot themselves in the foot with their many missed chances, in particular Barcelona and Bayern Munich. It was out of Chelsea's powers, and they (Barca and Bayern, maybe Napoli too) could've scored many times, but they wasted their opportunities, and that's why people will have a hard time giving credit to Chelsea. The Barcelona-Chelsea match must be the weirdest thing that has happened to football in a long time, that Chelsea were almost only there witnessing Barcelona's failure to advance. Barcelona gave away easy goals and missed what should have been easy goals. Chelsea having had so much "luck", means there will be no great applause from the footballing world, and the general consensus is that Chelsea were not in any way deserving winners of the 2012 Champions League.

When Chelsea lifted the trophy, they were almost waiting for a roar from the fans, but there was none! It's a great analogy for what this year's trophy will mean. You Chelsea fans will celebrate, but don't look bewildered when you are alone in recognising the win, because this victory is hollow. They should hand out trophies to Barcelona and Bayern Munich instead; losers of the Champions League 2012.

Do we give a fuck?

No sir we do not.

Chelsea F.C. are Champions of Europe

Who cares what you and others think, Fuck Off. No roar? LOL are you deaf? Chelsea fans were roaring. We deserved this. Actually you could say there was no-one more deserving than us. I know it hurts you, troll, but we are the European Champions, not your shit team.

Also, at times like this I wonder why New Posts don't need approval from the Mods on TalkChelsea. It would reduce trolls. It's a weakpoint of this forum, hope it changes.

What a game! After a huge night out, staying up till 7.30 in the morning watching my team win the Champions League Final was unbelievable. I joked to my mates earlier on in the season that we would beat Barca and go on to win the UCL with the thought that that was never going to happen. And it did. Astonishing.

But the best thing for me is that me and a friend of mine (huge MAN U supporter) made a bet at the very start of the campaign that our respective teams would win the premier league, the loser having to buy the other a case of beer. When it came to the point that we wouldn't win the league he gloated for moths about the case he would eventually get. But when Chelsea got into the final we made another bet, me betting that Chelsea would win, him Bayern - Loser buying a case for the other.

Case in point, there was a possibility that I may have had to buy 2 cases and have to listen to endless amounts of gloating and sneering but after everything that has happened this season for both Chelsea and the football world itself, United end up with NOTHING and we end up with 2 trophys - one being the biggest in club football. It's absolutely amazing. This has been without doubt the greatest season of football I have ever witnessed and it just shows that there is no other sport on the planet that can compete with football.

I will enjoy everyone of those beers with the thought that United have nothing and we have the trophy we have been dreaming about for years!!!

We're being credited as the story of the year and heroics of the 'against the odds' kind.

We are an inspiration to all other teams , which says sheer will and determination can give you more than half a chance, some luck is always good, as when the bad luck is happening, no one notices.

The fact is, that we as a team, who are not playing great football and are transitioning from the hangover of playing styles old players of old managers and players in the twilight of their careers, still have the heart and passion that seemed missing from the mechanical, almost like computer code style that barca play, or the general mechanical game that bayern played, didnt see that much passion from them, trying to win balls, be aggressive and make things happen.

Anyways, you have your color tinted shades on, so do i. Atleast everyone i know is happy for chelsea and feel like our name was written in the stars, Chelsea is the story of this Year. The Media also is praising and championing the great effort by chelsea. Dont know if in norway its different, but everywhere else, chelsea is getting plaudits left right and centre.

Be appreciative and gracious, and many good things will happen TO you. This current behavior will only pull you down.

well how does it feel not being gracefull in defeat? how bitter must you be when you know what ever you say, our name is plotted on this ugly big earec corrupt commercial dirty cup.

It's a strange feeling but this will be rememberd as the day when chelsea got they're luck BACK when they didnt loos one single game and where thrown out by an ghost goal from liverpool.

Being betraed by the UEFA and all they're officials in 2009, with one single shot on they're goal in 180 min from the "best Team in the World" and loosing in a penaltyshootout in 2008 at a rainy cold moscow stadium despite being the better team for more than 60. min.

Is anyone talking about the undeserved final Barca/Manu, where Barca did win? Did anybody remember, this will go down as the bad luck turning into good luck, and 5 of the greatest footballer witnissed on this planet finally gett'n they're deserved Cup (Lamps, Didi, Terry, Ess and Cech)...

so it feels good I think
