^this. never really liked the idea of a january transfer window. i feel the only dealings that should be done in the january transfer window should be

1. if the player-board/manager relation goes sour.

2. if the team is performing reallly poor and u need some1 desperately to do damage control.

3. big,major,nuclear injury crisis.
