In all seriousness, no. However you do feel a little mugged off that we could quite easily pay upwards of £20m for a new midfielder and they aren't even likely to be as good as Pirlo is now.

Since the Giroud Thread is closed i post it here: Giroud confirms on TF1 that Chelsea was interested but he signed for Arsenal because of the stability and philosophy of the Club.

So i looks like we are in the Market for a Striker to Replace Drogba....

If it were Man Utd I would perhaps understand, but Arsenal have won fuck all for what is it now, 7 or 8 years?

Giroud was never good enough for us anyway. Thank god he rejected us. Decent but not great. Perfect for Arsenal. He chose them for 'stability'. Well that stability is winning nothing year after year. Watch him rot at Arse.
