Reddish-Blue 2,509
Promising is an understatement for Denayer he's a potential world class defender and I'd take him over any U23 defender including Varane and Stones at this point. He'll be starting for City later this year at age 20I can see your excitement for Denayer...but let's wait for him to play 10-15 games for City before saying he's better than Varane
Zola kinda blue 89
Its just like history repeating itself with Jose's third season in charge signing the likes of Steve Sidwell and now we are linked with Danny Rose.WTF???

The Mak 4,459
Bournemouth? They've already loaned Atsu. That's why.But I would've put Bamford's development ahead of Atsu's in all honesty.
RoyalBlues 4,050
Roman Abramovich attended the wedding of Jorge Mendes over the weekend along with some of the most powerful men in football including the presidents or owners of all of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Valencia and PSG. Transfer chitter-chatter over the very finest canapés, a great secret mission for Abramovich.Just like his mission to get Witsel eh.CR, Griezmann, Otamendi and Verratti rumours coming up supporter
DavidEU 2,023
But I would've put Bamford's development ahead of Atsu's in all honesty.I'd say they're around the same level. Atsu stagnated last year but did well last summer in the WC didn't he and is probably more experienced which perhaps Bournemoyth wanted. And perhaps Bournemouth wanted a wide man from us and Chelsea want Bamford to be on loan and playing central. Could be a million reasons though. ZanSnake 1,211
Stoke signing another Spanish giants youth 'rejects' in Molina, ex-Real Madrid player. They seem to be really pushing their ties this window, and are rumoured for another Barca player.

LukakutoStamford 779
Not even interested in muppet signings but actual depth and midfield upgrades. Chelsea needed to be aggressive in the transfer window and it's been a complete mess.
nadavTKL 1,787
I didnt have a huge problem with our squad, i mean i still think we'll win PL, and imo with a better method for the big games we have a chance of reaching Semi-Finals in CL (and than who knows, its CL), but, transfer windows are there for a reason. If your squad isnt perfect, and you dont have quality alternative solutions, you should make signings. Our midfield could work, but bringing a CM and maybe another AM would have make our squad so much better, with better alternatives.Right now, Mourinho is betting heavily on Matic, Cesc, Oscar, Willian, Hazard, and worryingly on Ramires.I wish that we'll surprisingly finish the window with Witsel, Baba and maybe Stones. That would make me happy tbh. Without a midfielder its a disappointment. The Mak and Blue-in-me-Veins

Vytis33 1,272
Let's open the purse strings a little bit already. Last I checked we were a fairly large club with a few dollars in our billfold. A few clinical signings will go a long way in helping us defend the title. Long season after all.
ChelseaFanUK 1,014
Incase some people have seen talksports tweet that Mourinho said the window is closed for Chelsea, he didnt quite say that.http://talksport.com/football/jose-mourinho-arsene-wenger-snub-chelseas-title-defence-transfers-and-more-full-talksport Listen from 5:50 He clearly means he would rather the window close before league starts TheIceMan and stroey
jernej93 569
It would be nasty if Chelsea sign Zenit duo - Witsel and Hulk just what we need to push for the CL title
DaddysHobby 60
£XI: the average cost of each team's XI in all 38 league games, adjusted for football inflation. At the Transfer Price Index, we noticed that this was a much more accurate reflector of a team's eventual finishing position than its squad cost; it's essentially what makes it into the starting XI each week.... looks like the lack of transfer activity is a massive risk (when you expect to challenge for the title)
