I'm not even sure Moyes knows how to maximize a player like Mata or simply use him at all.It's probably the worst part of this deal. He's wasting Kagawa and there's a big chance Mata won't be better off there than in Chelsea. At least Mourinho knew what exactly he wanted from Mata and made it clear (and I'm still convinced Mourinho's way was Mata's best chance to get into Spanish NT, but I understand why Mata wanted to leave). But Moyes is clueless! I can just imagine something like "You go play #10. Oh no, we're still playing sh*t, go play on the right! Damn, doesn't help, go play defence. Ah, we still lost, go play attacker. And we're still sh*t, so you're useless!" type of managing from Moyes, and it saddens me. Atletico might have a lot of cash if they sell Costa, Koke or Turan and they actually do buy replacements for the players they lose. Inter has a new owner, new manager and no quality midfielders, they could be inclined to offer a cheeky 30mi bid. Etc.About ManUtd, you said they are already overly desperate just with the fear of losing UCL. How do you think they will be if they DO actually miss the top 4? I have not once seen Mata get ridiculed, the only time its even suggested is when the hardcore "Mata is bigger than the club " fanbase show up and twist people's words.I once said that we can't base him being the best player in 11 12 as a reason to build the team around him because as a TEAM UNIT we were crap for 80 percent off the season, which someone translated as me blaming Mata for us struggling that season, and that's not the only time it has happened.It's hard to take the hardcore JM fanbase seriously when they keep inaccuratly quoting you and twisting everything to make it look like you hate Mata.
