    • Again extremely busy summer ahead of our FO. So many players decided what to do with. I think this one are only ones who we can bet 100% will be in next season squad: GK: huh.. I think only Bettinelli is sure bet CB: Colwill - even though he is poor, but he is HG, club trained, Fofana - noone will touch him after all those injuries FB: Cucurella James Gusto MF: Caicedo Enzo Lavia Santos - I hope so, Essugo - ok, I am not so sure about this one, but acc
    • Even if Jackson is the Maresca’s perfect forward, he needs some kind of reliable backup or competition in the striking department. Nkunku had downed tools. We need someone either with plenty of experience like Giroud, or a proven talent.
    • By virtue of goal difference we should be above Nottingham forest. But our clownshow tactics and lineup have resulted in us throwing so many points to the wind, in all our easiest fixtures.  And now we have to climb a mountain to make our last game of the season, against Forest, have any value.
    • At best Maresca has realised his system isn't working and threw it to the wind. At worst the players had enough of it and they went direct, e.g. what the players in 07-08 did to Avram.  Either way, that second half wasn't proof of the players backing him. In fact, the last twenty mins in particular looked very unlike anything we've seen since October, with early shots and the ball being moved between the lines with some semblance of zip.
    • Maresca may have lost Chelsea’s fans, but he has clearly not lost the players https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6294389/2025/04/21/Chelsea-fulham-maresca-fans-players/ Craven Cottage’s quaint layout makes it a particularly awkward venue for a beleaguered manager. Getting from the dressing room to the dugout requires a long diagonal walk across the pitch in front of the Putney End, in which the away supporters are housed. It can be a lonely journey for a visiting coach if thin
    • Sam Rak-Sakyi and a very familiar Chelsea dilemma: Should he stay or should he go? https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6290083/2025/04/20/rak-sakyi-Chelsea-contract/ Chelsea are giving their under-21 midfielder Sam Rak-Sakyi a very difficult decision to make. This is the youth-team graduate who made his first senior start in freezing conditions against Astana in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the UEFA Conference League four months ago and played with remarkable cool in front of Chelsea
    • Chelsea’s obligation to buy Jadon Sancho from Manchester United triggered — but move not guaranteed https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6296419/2025/04/21/jadon-sancho-transfer-Chelsea-manchester-united/ Chelsea’s obligation to buy Jadon Sancho from Manchester United for £25million has been triggered — but that does not guarantee a move to Stamford Bridge. Enzo Maresca’s side’s comeback win against Fulham on Sunday means it is mathematically impossible for them to finish below
    • Like how this fucking fraud was backed into getting KDH while Carney is getting rave comments in Germany right now? I wouldn't get a single target this idiot wants.
    • #Chelsea are set for another big summer transfer window. Enzo Maresca will be backed to bring in some of his preferred players. The Italian wants another striker and will be backed by the board. As of now, they are linked with many big names across whole Europe. 🔫🤮🤮😡
    • He was out from Feb to early April making this stat much worse than it already is. I'll keep banging this drum till the cow's come home - He's a WF.
    • I have a bad feeling that George will become an ATM machine for these owners. 100% profit, both for cash flow and FFP. The league really needs to do something about FFP and homegrown talent.
    • Part of that "Mendes group", so I wouldn't be surprised if he made his feels known. He gave the Fulham fans what for after scoring as well. George & Josh has shown their ability in the Conference league. It's time they are given a run in the league with injuries/lack of options being an issue.
