BUT..... some improvements needed. We all agree Ramires is an energetic utility player who just bundles himself over in front of opponents. He needs to be more deft with his touches. 6 out of 10 times he is responsible for our losing possesion. His game is just too straight - no art no trickery.

I think Mou has tried in building up a team (though still a work-in-progress). But now I think its time to start correcting individual players' shortcomings. I singled out Ramires because in yesterday's game he killed at least 4 artisctic forays we made in the opponents area, either by running straight into an opponent or by kicking a lame shot towards Joe Hart.

Oscar/Hazard/Willian have all upped their game, David Luiz useful in midfield, Azpi keeps on doing better game by game.

Cahill/Chech/Terry - top marks for a great performance

Ivanovic - Plays his soul for the club to the best of his ability. I never knew he could kick with the left foot. Thats what we need, 2- legged players not (1-leg, sorry Ash Cole)

To be honest, some of them aren't that bad! A bit seem to be singing our praises and saying they weren't good enough. There's still a lot of w**kers though, but what do you expect?

Agree mate. I've read a fair few of their posts and they really have taken the defeat in good grace. Most praising Hazard and Matic and saying their manager is to blame. Maybe they should hire our masseuse

actually they did have some good ball delivery in that match. shame dzeko miss many(?) chances and hit off target many times. if that was aguero, maybe itll be different

You are mistaken, Etoo ran about 8km, it was cech running 4,6 km, which is a lot for a goalie. Actually 8km is also a lot for a striker but no surprise considering he played like a winger most of the time.

Incredible team effort. I was slightly confident when Aguero got injured but when the news came in that Fernandinho was injured i was really confident especially seeing Demichelis there and when i saw the 2 teams. We were fantastic from start to finish and were so unlucky not to have scored more and humiliated City "The best team in the world" as someone said the other day IN THEIR OWN BACK YARD! I think we parked the bus in front of the wrong fucking goal.

Everyone put an amazing shift in, Jose played it perfectly by playing a team full of players that work hard for the team. I love Oscar but this wasn't the type of game for him. Willian was phenomenal, I never knew he had that in him when we signed him, he has been fantastic in the last 2 months and that's why Mata had to go. Hazard was breathtaking once again and showing it a lot more in the big games and Rami was everywhere. Even Eto'o was everywhere and giving lots of advice to players like a captain, like Drogba would. Everyone was great yesterday. I don't think there is a team in the world with more spirit than our club. Even without Jose we showed so much resilience but a Chelsea with Jose means a lot of trouble for our rivals because he is simply the best tactician ever.

Our back 4 has now kept 5 clean sheets in a row i think and there is no doubt Roy Hodgson has to recall and beg JT to come back to England. Him and Cahill are absolutely awesome together and seeing 2 English CB's being the foundation of our success is really good to see.

And Matic owning Yaya Toure! This is the first time in a loooooong time i've seen Chelsea bully and out-strength Man City, what a signing Matic will prove to be. Yesterday was his full debut in the hardest match on paper and boy did he boss it and what a shot in that 2nd half. The guy seems to have everything and now i'm anticipating him scoring a 30 yard screamer, it will happen guys.

I'm still buzzin, this is probably the happiest i've ever been as a Chelsea fan. Jose is back, we're owning all the big teams again and we're only gonna get better. I cannot wait for the next few years. We're gonna dominate the world (Maybe we won't but that's how Jose makes me feel). The anticipation is HUUUUUUGE.

I love this club so much and i regret ever doubting it. This club is special and we all need to learn to trust what they're doing and back it every time. We will always come out on top. GET IN! We won't win the league though so don't get too confident. Why? Because Jose said so. Whatever Jose says, goes.
