The true danger in my opinion, is that groups like QAnon distract from real conspiracies making the wider society view ANY conspiracy theory automatically as untrue and every theorist a loony bin candidate. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if movements like QAnon and others are purposefully fed lies with sprinkles of truth by real conspirators, in order to distract and diminish the credibility of anyone who might be onto them (lol, guess I just created a new conspiracy theory 😄). It gives them a nice safety net of "oh they're just right-wing conspiracy nutjobs" even when they sometimes actually touch a real subject, no-one will believe them. In general it ties to the spread of misinformation like in every aspect of media. The point is to muddy the waters enough so that people wouldn't know truth from fiction anymore, and that is a very fertile breeding ground for corporate criminals.

That's the thing, technically he just isn't good enough. His lack of technique and decision making are his major weaknesses and you don't improve those a lot at age 23. If he was a random academy player, he'd be loaned or sold a long time ago already. The only thing keeping him in the picture is his price tag - the investors want to minimize their losses, but with each game he devalues himself more. I don't think he'll be here next season.

Does anybody even care who we sign anymore? I don't, they're all average mercenaries anyway. I couldn't care less about anybody in the squad once Gallagher and Chalobah leave, the last carriers of Chelsea DNA (Reece also but he's not gonna play a lot). It's like watching Chelsea from a bit of time ago, eerily similar unimaginative U-style football. How many times have been successful playing this type of static possession snoozefest? Zero... Sure you score once in a while like in that video, but more often than not it's just a waste of time, we have seen that time and time again. Our successes have come from when we start attacking the box vertically, quickly and with intent. I know nothing about Maresca, but I hope he's at least flexible enough that he can play counter-attacks too when that's appropriate. If he's a one trick pony that tells the players to only play out from the back and retain possession at all costs, then he's gonna fail quickly.
