Guardiola only said that he would leave his comments on his future to another time becasue he wishes to be completely focused on the Champions League Game

wich means he might leave.

Should he had said "At the end of season I will be leaving Barca"? But, he could've also said that he doesn't wish to leave. We will know after CL.

But 99% he will be coach or sport director.

Correct, but to say there is 99% of a chance Hiddink will be manager leaves just 1% chance that either Guardiola, Van Basten, Redknapp or others will get it is complete bollocks.

People were talking about long-term manager and then they want Hiddink. Does that make sense?

Long-term manager doesn't mean a man who will stay 10 years. This doesn't exist, only Arsenal and Manchester have such experience in recent years.

Long-term manager is a manager who can build something useful in the "long -term", like introducing players like Josh and Bruma in the first team, or can build a squad good enough to be useful in a long term.

A club might have a long-term project, wich doesn't mean staying with the same manager for 10 or 20 years. If Hiddink stays here for 3 or 4 years, he would helps Chelsea's long term project more than Carlo.

The point im trying to make is that Guardiola only refrained from commenting becasue he did not wish to take atention away from the game. even if he is 100 % sure he is staying he would not say as this would be changing the subject , therefore i feel the comment about waiting for a more suitable occasion ( most likely to confirm his position ) would be more appropriate and does not make him any less or more likely to come to us than before the comment.
