Moyes has made united's game a little different, they dont cross early again when defenders are running back to goal. The box is always congested when they cross now which is easy to clear out.

Young is just another example that a couple of good months could hype a player for the rest of his career while consistency is often overlooked. He had a couple of good months for Villa towards the end of the 09-10 season (I think).

He might be a player who needs a lot of playing time to stay at the top of his game or maybe he just needs to be a focal point of a team to be effective. Either way, he seems to be going backwards.
