Midfield:

CMs: Fernando, Fernandinho, Yaya, KDB, Delph

vs

Cesc, Matic, Mikel, RLC

See the big difference.

Demchelis played dm a few times as well....

First of all i meant the entire midfield, not just centrally.

But, its very misleading what you did here...

If you put KDB in "Central Midfield" you should do the same with Oscar and even Willian. CIty are playing the same 4-2-3-1 as us and KDB is an AM, like Oscar.

Demchelis played DM a few times? and what about Zouma?

And where is Ramires? not a CM in your books?

This post makes you look like you have an interest, or you're just too grumpy about the club right now. Although i respect your opinion that City have the best midfield in the league.

Forgot Rambo, but in my mind its essentially rambo cesc and matic vs fernando, fernandinho, delph and yaya than. IF David Luiz was still here, it would be a different story, but their starting two is better than our starting two. Their backups are better than our backups.

also, this Ramires really doesn't seem like the same guy 2 seasons ago where he completey destroyed people. He runs like he is injured/crippled.

Last season the Fernandinho-Yaya partnership was awful for most part. It really depends on Yaya and his energy level.

yaya had too many personal issues going on last season and in the beginning of the year both fernando and fernandinho played very well even though yaya had issues.. It wasn't until later on that man city bite the injury bug with all their key players....

This season, neither matic nor cesc has play well in any game.

Yaya will probably leave sooner than later (maybe Inter), but as of now, City's midfield is substantially better than everyone in England

this weekend should be our time. For the first time this season I can see City struggle. They paid 80m euros for KDB so they will start him but his lack of tracking back could play into Crystal palace's hands and expose them on the counter to the pacewhores that are sako and bolasie.
