A total joke to give a manager, with so much quality in the squad last season, a 5-year contract who won the title on GD after blowing an 8-point lead at the top and only got back into it because of United's collapse. City's results in the cup competitions last season were very average too. Don't think Mancini is gonna last too long there.

Bundesliga runs the PL close. If it weren't for the incredible moments that we have in the PL that just don't seem to translate to different leagues (City's title win, 8-0 win to seal the title in 2010, Man United's implosion/our (failed) comeback following Ancelotti's "Bad Moment") I would rank the Bundesliga ahead. It's purely that entertainment factor that makes the PL the best league in the world.
