Hybrid Angel 2,130
Wow, Klopp genuinely gave a fantastic interview and press conference. This guy is a fantastic manager. Currently he is the best manager in the premier league(No, I'm not talking about current manager's at their peak.)But he has a very, very difficult task. He seems to like it. The disgraceful British media won't help, but it will be interesting how he does. Wenger, Van Gaal, and Mourinho are so far from their peak. At the moment, they are just big names, nothing more. Mourinho hasn't been a top manager for almost 3 seasons now, Wenger for 11 seasons and Van Gaal has always been up and down. The Dutchman is a manager who builds a foundation, not do that + get results. Pellegrino has never been a top manager. I hope Liverpool with Klopp won't somehow make a comeback, but I hope they do just enough to give everyone else a kick up the arse. Premier League clubs are stuck in the past. The managers live on past glory(Mourinho, Wenger) or are simply not good enough(Pellegrino, Van Gaal). Guardiola coming to City will be huge. For them and for everyone else. Maybe it will finally awake some. lionsden

Clockwork 1,794
Jurgen Klopp has given himself a four-year target to win the Premier League with LiverpoolWin the title in 4 years on a 3 year contract only in Liverpool That may be a better job then his Dortmund spell. It is not easy to turn a mid table club culture around and make them champions. Also very tough since unlike Bundesliga, EPL has the same teams at the top every year. He has to overthrow the likes of Arsenal, City, Chelsea, and United. In the Bundesliga only powerhouse was Bayern consistently, others fluctuate on a regular basis. So there was a clear opportunity for Dortmund to rise to power. Also he worked with smart football guys like Watzke and Zorc, I give Watzke a lot of credit for Dortmund success. Going to be tough for Klopp working with FSG and those mathematicians lol. They actually think a baseball formula for scouting could translate over to football. Baseball is the heaviest stat sport in the world, while Football is the opposite. DYC.
11Drogba 2,000
Benitez also signed for Liverpool as hot shit after winning La Liga two times and reaching to CL final with Valencia. I am glad that Klopp is not going to work for other London or Manchester clubs.Right now he thinks his English is not perfect. Soon he will realize that he is actually too good for that place.Liverpool fans share his mentality in a way. If the manager is above their level, they bring him down to their level. BleedsBlue 1,549
The most worrying thing is that Klopp's appointment will allow Liverpool to attract top players now. Rodgers just didn't have that star status so it was really difficult to persuade players to join him at the club.

Special Juan 28,141
I was in the pub today and a bloke said "Klopp is the man to turn Liverpool around" Whilst this maybe true, the main problem with Liverpool is there ability to throw money, big money on really average players. If Klopp can bring in some really good quality players, and most of all for the right areas, then it holds substance. Firmino is the biggest example, 29M for him was a joke and the list goes on.....Klopp needs to buy, but buy right.
Laylabelle 9,535
He probably is and with us currently struggling to get into the top half of the table never mind top 4 they might manage to achieve something.Though long way to go and hopefully for us things will change.does seem a great move from their part but wherever have the straight away impact who knows

Firmino is the biggest example, 29M for him was a joke and the list goes on.....Klopp needs to buy, but buy right.Problem with Liverpool trying to win the league (or any other club outside the typical top4 for that matter) is that not only they have to be able to buy smart (like you said) but they have to pray so that FOUR other teams have a troubled season.Like someone already said...With Dortmund, Klopp only needed Bayern to slip a little in order to start fighting for titles. However, even if he is able to build an excellent Liverpool squad with a middle sized budget (which is hard enough), he would still have to surpass both Manchester teams, Chelsea and Arsenal. Its not easy.Imagine that 3 years from now Liverpool has a great in synced team and goes to make 85 points or w/e. The chance of either ManUtd, City or Chelsea to also have an amazing season and go in to make 90 points or so is not that slim. Its too much competition for Liverpool imo. Cosmin 2,484
Liverpool fans are acting like Klopp is the solution to the refugees' crisis, financial crisis, Klopp can feed the poor in Africa and Klopp can cure cancer. They are so funny and childish, imagine if things turn out to be not as great as they thought. Can't wait to laugh to their faces. 11Drogba 2,000
Defender Tim Hoogland, who Klopp signed for Mainz back in 2007, remembers the fundamental rule of working for Klopp: “I think this is one of the important things you have to know about him. The whole team has to run 120 km (74.5 miles) collectively every game. 120km minimum." http://www.fourfourtwo.com/sg/features/jurgen-klopp-what-its-really-working-him-those-whove-done-it#:a3MXkmHAZt_CnA

Popular Post! Fulham Broadway 17,315 Posted October 14, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 14, 2015 Apparently, in the last set of accounts for the goons, a company owned by Kroenke was paid £3m for "consultancy" services which equates almost to the penny to the extra revenue raised by increased ticket prices in that same period. Also the morally altruistic Arsenal are refusing (like most other clubs, but not Chelsea) to pay their staff a living wage. The moral high ground is a lonely place. Take note "comedian" Alan Davies. iceboy, Essien19, Clockwork and 2 others
KevinAshburner 1,270
if it wasn't for Aston Villa and Newcastle United and Sunderland being bad this season in BPL 2015/2016.Chelsea FC would have been Relegated or CFC could still be relegated but it is up to the ILLUMINATI to decide if CFC are going down at the end of this season.
