Chelsea and Santos board have agreed a transfer to the London club for record 36million that will take place once the transfer period starts. Neymar himself said a few days earlier that he hoped that the London club were wanting him still, and Chelsea responded immediately. Chelsea tried signing the young Brazilian last year, and they almost made it, but a sudden change of heart for young Neymar who extended his contract threw everything in the water for the Blues.Chelsea executive said that Sh0n3x made a little joke and that patience is required.
