To me it seems like he doesn't have that passion as before.

This might or might not affect your drive for further success.

Not everyone can be like Ferguson.

We will see how things pan out.

How do you look at the glass, in general? Half full or half empty?

What does this got to do with anything?

You just need to study the past and see that no manager can stay top for a long time. Why because they lose the first passion they once had!

Look at some of the best coach of the 90s and see who is still top?

Very few to none.

What saf did is very hard as not many people can maintain that will and determination to push themselves for a new challenge every year.

You seem to be pessimistic even before Jose's team has played a one match. Not a single match played and you think, he has lost the passion, desire! If that was the case, he would have taken a sabbatical. Gone on for a year and stayed out of the game completely but he didn't want to. He wanted to come back to Chelsea. What you may think as a loss of passion , might just be that the man is 50 now. Last time he came , he was 41 and wanted to conquer the world. Hence was cocky, now he has conquered the world and is now more humble and peaceful. That doesn't mean he has lost his desire, it just means he has grown up and mellowed down.

Or it looks like he lost his passion.

You can argue for both cases.

Only time will tell.

And hence my initial question to you! Whether you see the glass half full or half empty? I see it as half full, you seem to see it as half empty.

Am tired of waiting for bluemaster or who has the training video of yesterday waiting waiting waiting..........

If you are tired of waiting, you could always go search it yourself on Youtube.

Not everybody is free 24/7 to search, find and be able to share it here. And we don't even know when would other fans upload it on Youtube anyway.
