Looking at that, it could actually be a massive opportunity for Tammy to try and clear the decks with Tuchel and work on getting his way back into the squad. The jury is still very much out on him at the top level but beyond the top couple of potential striker targets, you're moving closer into a category that Tammy falls into which is that level below with definite potential but also a number of question marks. It would make sense if the top targets aren't attainable that we stick with him rather than pay £50m+ on a striker of fairly similar standing.

The amount of dregs in there is unreal. Had forgotten that baba was still in our roster (seriously one of our worst purchases which i warned adamantly about. 26m € for a player we did not need had we not sold bertrand and felipe luis for half that) But would not be surprised if TT somehow makes a half-decent player out 1 or 2 of these.

We still have close to 60 (maybe closer to 55 now, I will do a new updated list) to sort out. It was 67.

Anjorin, CHO, Abraham, Alonso among the first few to return for pre-season. More will return over the coming days. Those involved at the Euros will of course return at a late date.
