I'm sure there's people who follow Chelsea who would prefer this guy to Emenalo because he's a 'football man'.....

I can see Spurs getting a few gems signed under Baldini and AVB. They both have a great eye for talent. Hoping they don't though for obvious reasons....

That second gif sums up what you said perfectly. The smile because Benayoun, Turnball, Malouda etc. are leaving at then the surge of joy because of new signings :D So brilliant!

Absolutely gutted this has stagnated. I don't know if interest was genuine in the first instance, but he would really help add dynamism to our midfield. Would love him to come.

He would be younger than what Makelele was when we signed him. There's still a lot more time to go in this transfer window, so I wouldn't rule out anything just yet.
