We are mostly not attracting ambitious talent but just young brats who want to capitalize on their overblown hype and lock in generational wealth before anyone finds out . Sadly our board is dumb enough to fall for their crap. So generous to bankroll some random families for generations. 

Dont find his European record relevant to anything. They were finishing constantly out of top 5, top7 and after his first struggling season they were always top4 with him including 2nd place with 86 points season. So he improved them drastically.
