I would assume he’s already been register with the PL as he’s been given his squad number and all official signing acknowledgments are done.

Don’t think he starts though as he’ll have only had 1 training session before the game. Probably see him at some point though.

Wish City spent fortune on him before this come out. They are still in problems. 

Mahrez and Gundogan out plus KDB injured long term. This is 3 top players in the final third. Plus Grealish is back to his careless mode. 

They got Gvardiol and Kovacic who both offer zero there. Championship side Burnley aside only guy who scored for them in 2 games is Palmer. 

They are much weaker offensively now. Let's see what they do next 2 weeks.
