Sigh. Wonder what's taking long. They didn't take this much time when officially announcing Potter or Lampard.

I think the tide has turned. Poch shouldn't be grateful Chelsea Football Club want him, Chelsea Football Club should be grateful Poch want's to work for them.  Poch 100% knows this and is likely making his own demands now that we probably can't refuse.

I just came to learn that there was a clause in Wenger's contract at Arsenal that the Kronke's couldn't enter the dressing room. I had no idea this was an actual thing. 1000% Poch is likely requesting that along with more control on decisions.

Absolutely nothing to gain ATM by announcing poch, the players aren't playing for lampard as it is, imagine what it will when they have that confirmation he's going regardless.

Different context, different status.

They already know Lampard won’t be there. Announcing a new manager might motivate them to try and retain their place for next season, if they know a new coach will be watching too.

They shouldn't need manager announcement to be motivated, the problem we have ATM is the squad is that big and so many of them. O they won't be here next season, it's toxic ATM, the rott needs to go

4-3-3 formation proven not good for us. 3-4-2-1 formation should be our best. Badiashile Silva Fofana - Chilwell Enzo Kante James - Mudryk Madueke - Havertz... Calobahcan play when James is injured also we can try Datro istead of Havertz at the attack... When Kante goes we can try Chukwu

3 atb is best the rest irrelevant, we can't score even if we had 10 players upfront.

I know but I think with Mudrik, Madueke and D. Fofana they are better attacking players then other that we used I think we can do difference with them and we might need another play like Enzo at the middfield who can control and calm down the game, I dont like what I saw from Sterling and Felix last few months...

Worrying part for us is although he hasn't scored much, he's been put brightest star in attack.

Whoever comes in has got a hell of a task.

Its now being reported some players who signed huge deals have doubts & regrets due to the huge amount of changes they’ve seen this season. Particularly staff changes - not just managers and coaches but the other types of staff that have been moved on.

Also Jorginho leaving mentioned as a huge blow to the dressing room as he was very popular, had great communication due to being multi lingual - but the majority of people on here were always blindsided by that because we were getting a 106m midfielder in his place… (yes he was needed to upgrade on him in the long term but his personality is clearly a huge part of his character).

And there are still people defending Boehly & Eghbali.

There is a group of players who are not affected by such cutbacks because they are still on the contracts signed under the previous regime. The policy under the current hierarchy was only adopted after the club had already signed Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly last July, so it does not apply to them either.

This must be a fucking joke, what the actual fuck.

I'm fucking sick and tired of these bitches moaning and groaning about every single fucking thing. They need to take a good long hard look at themselves... start fucking playing football properly and winning matches. Maybe then you won't feel as bas playing for a club that is paying you ridiculous amounts of money.

Honestly I think if anybody thought Koulibaly and Sterling were coming here on those daft performance incentive contracts like all the young players we signed in January - then they would be dreaming 🤣

Imagine coming to Chelsea from Napoli or Man City as highly experienced, proven players for negotiations and being told you’d be getting a contract that has a 30% pay cut for CL qualification failure and a lot of incentives/bonuses based on progression. You’d laugh them out the room.

And again now, any divide that may come from this - its solely on Boehly & Eghbali’s shoulders for radically changing their policy 6 months after doing what they’ve done. Even more proof which compounds their incompetency and lack of footballing know how.

Can anyone reply to me post earlier what would be our best formation ?

Against Man City not to turn up cause that's going to be a cricket score. They could play a mixture of fringe players and kids and they would still slaughter us. Admittedly their fringe players would get into most teams cause they recruited well we have Ziyech and Pull a sickie on the bench the gap in strength and class is staggering.
