Blue Colored Sky 1,807
Wow, there are leaks from Chilean federation, not less than earnings of their coaches and Jorge Sampaoli, someone who is highly regarded by many, is earning mere 59,000 $ a month, which is less than 0,5m£ a year. That basically mean if Chelsea want him they will get him. Can easily offer him 10 times than he is earning now or even more. Buying out his contract wouldn't be a problem either.
xPetrCechx 13,571
#Atletico have reportedly identified Celta Vigo Coach Eduardo Berizzo as the successor to Simeone should he leave in summer. #CFC (fichajes)Allegri is a candidate to become Chelsea manager in the summer if they cannot lure Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone (Evening Standard) #CFCDidier Drogba will decide in the coming days whether he will accept the coaching role offered by #Chelsea. [Di Marzio]The toughtest decision for Drogba would be to hang up his boots, but it is believed he is willing to do that for his #Chelsea. Barbara 15,149
Thierry Henry on Guardiola's philosophy Fantastic!I really like the way he put it in the end when supposedly Pep said that the first and second third were his job and make the ball reach the final third and that his (Henry's) as the striker was to finish. perfect philosophy.About subbing him out for moving out once... well, that's the Pep we all know and may not love. He's so damn arrogant, inflexible and just unbearable, that he doesn't care. He's a dictator, follow his instructions or get out. I don't like this approach. It's great to have a plan and stick to it as much as possible, but at all times? Utopia and dictatorship. On another note, I don't really want Simeone here. I don't get it, if they want this all-attacking football, why do they keep targeting managers with a more defensive approach as long time options? It seems like this board can't think straight or all this talk we've heard that the club wants to move to an attacking philosophy is BS. The last manager amongst the big ones to turn a team into an attacking bomb is Simeone... smh BlueSunshine and ZOS
xPetrCechx 13,571
Impact De Montreal:We are currently in contact with Didier Drogba and Chelsea FC. We are doing everything we can to have him back with the Impact in 2016.We understand his attachment to his former club and his desire to help them. We are willing to accommodate him.But our objective is to have him back for another season, as agreed in his contract. This situation is out of our control. Gappy 130
I already mention this in another thread .No top manager will happy to be a Chelsea manager if this Emanelo still in-charge about transfer When you can't create your own men how the hell those men that you didn't pick will fit in your tactics? It's Emanelo choose let him be our manager he know how to use them !!! lol Essien19, TheIceMan and Changingman_2000

It's too big 625
I don't like how everybody is shitting themselves because City could be (or are) getting Guardiola. Don't get me wrong, he's a brilliant coach and it's a shame we couldn't get him, but it isn't like there aren't other top level managers out there who can help lead us to success. City are not Barcelona of old, neither do they have the same level of player as Bayern Munich. City are far from unbeatable, with or without Guardiola and from what we've learned in the past, Guardiola can be beaten by managers below his "level" I would prefer to wait until next season to start casting doubt on any other English teams success, especially ours, just because big bad Pep Guardiola is going to be taking charge of City. Everyone thought Klopp would turn Liverpool into world beaters and it hasn't happened. Managing in the Premier League is totally different and not something either manager will have dealt with before. People here and elsewhere across the net are being way too presumptuous regarding Guardiola's success at City before he's even stepped foot in Manchester. Its true that this City squad isn't at Bayern's level now, but you appoint Pep who every top player in the world would want to play for and combine that with City's unlimited funds they'll be able to get their team to that level very quickly. Wouldn't be surprised if City sign several more world class players this summer for monstrous fees. The likes of Pogba would probably jump at the chance to go there. That is what people said about Mourinho, but it didn't get us any top players while he was here and instead seemed to turn players off. The players of this current era are mercenaries and would come for the $$$ more than anything. London is more desirable also, but if we don't offer the money for players they won't come. Alexis Sanchez proved he would rather play for a London club than up north.
jernej93 569
we've seen enough of defensive football... Pep or bustI think we all crave for some high intensive attacking football. It's either Guardiola or someone else (Sampaoli, Pellegrini, ..) but I don't think that we will get it with Simeone It would also be spectacular to bring some ex-players like Lampard and Zola to our staff ZOS
Blue Gino 377
I prefer Thomas Tuchel or Ronald Koeman, someone outside that small circle of coaches who like attacking football, organized and can work well with youth and his eminence Emenalo.
