Better late than never. I really wanted him to be the long-term option we've been crying out for, but he was out of his depth from the get go and his post-match comments alone said everything you needed to know. 

Boehly needs to carefully assess all candidates this time around before going all in.

Naglesmann has huge upside and potential but also big risk. Enrique has everything to prove outside of Spain and is a big risk. Poch has been away from management for 2 years now and would be a risk to come in this late into the season.

There isn’t really a sure fire, obvious guy out there that we can say with certainty will succeed. Except for Conte, imo. But I sadly can’t see our board wanting that drama.

I'm over the moon the man has gone but I can't get on board with posts/tweets that are straight up cuntish calling him a clown and shit. He comes across as genuinely decent human being but ultimately couldn't do what was expected of him here at this wonderful club of ours. 

I hope this Naglesmann is the real deal, I really don't know much about him.

We finished 5th with Conte in-charge. There are no ideal candidates IMO.

Fuck knows who we go for now because if Nagelsmann, Poch and Enrique are (would likely imagine they would be anyway to get a full pre-season) waiting to the summer, then getting someone half decent on an interim basis for like 2-3 months, its not going to be easy.

Maybe Todd Boehly will ask Dave Grohl seeing as he hired his physio….

Same. He was doing his job..or least trying to do something..ish..just was too big in the end. Again never should be appointed but risk you take..

Still the same coaching staff though.

I think the Potter experiment shows that there is a big difference between being a good coach at bottom or mid table team then coaching a side that every game is a must win. There is too big of a gap in expectations.
