This is the problem with these managers who do very well at the lower and mid table sides, you can win some game and lose some. At the top you are expected to win on a consistent basis. 

Just a poor fit, when we fired Tuchel i wanted Luis Enrique.

He just hasn't stepped up mentality-wise.

I bet he genuinely doesn't feel today's result is a big deal. Away from home, mid-table clash, 1-1. "I'll take that" he thinks.

I hope the board get rid of him now but I fear they will keep him for at least the rest of the season; a mixture of arrogance and delusion.

That is the thing that is killing us all the most. Where did Chelsea's winning mentality go? Where did the "it is not acceptable, we have to win" go? GP simply does not seem phased by results, if we were relegated he would be saying "its a learning experience and we'll definitely be better next year, we've got some young inexperience lads here and it will take time to work."

He is supposedly trained in "communication" but honestly he looks pretty shocking at it to me.

Tbh first close to 30mins were our best period this season. Now goal is to look like that all game. Chilwell for Cucurella and Kante/Kovacic for RLC will also help. Sterling is also bigger goal threat over Madueke. 

Also is it true that FFP and UEFA only check teams in European comps? If we don't qualify we don't have to worry about that.

Started brightish then faded. AGAIN. Before being shite.

We are far too easy to play against, the penalty no penalty whatever (turned the game off by then because it was a poor watch) is just an excuse either way that could make people to well he was unlucky but that was not a performance worthy of a win from what I watched up to after (barring first 20 minutes or so, did we do anything?) 

Out of his depth. Considerably. Making the players look shite too by saying things like a “step in the right direction performance wise”, I mean do we have mid tabke players? Is this level of performance acceptable for the personnel we have?

I am so absolutely fucked off by this guy and how he seems to be getting no bad press in the UK re his job and how he’s doing. Theres always an excuse. Penalty/no penalty. Injuries. Suspensions. Enough. He’s not good enough. Not one thing where you can notice any signs of notable improvement from since he came in barring the new manager bounce which is usually 3 or 4 games. He’s had that. 

Also If I see the “he tore AC Milan a new arsehole twice ” post again in response as to why we should get behind him I am going to cry 🤣

Just give him time.  But for what??  It'd be one thing to see his style of play but lacking the players to do it.  Half a billion spent to draw with Fulham and West Ham?
