Pizy 18,985
You know who would’ve been the picture perfect player for our current side? Someone who we easily could’ve bought before he went to his current club where he’s now untouchable? Isak from Newcastle. Electric pace, great dribbler, can finish. We need your scouts to find the closest player to him in Europe and buy him this window. Someone without the absurd Premier League and/or English tax. I mean back in the day Essien, Kalou, Drogba would all go AFCON and we were still solid as a squad... Jackson & Kudus going to AFCON wouldn't have been a deal breaker as the other African players have been sold (Mendy, Koulibaly, hopefully Ziyech). I don't think anyone wanted to take the punt on Isak at 70 million, was linked to both United/Arsenal but neither were that keen to pay that sort of fee for him. Newcastle's signings are all solid, Isak, Wilson, Tonali, Harvey Barnes (surprised that no-one else went in for him as a squad winger, had pretty good stats for Leicester), Bruno G, Botman, Livramento once he's fully fit... Yeah, they went for a lot of players that are just below the level that the very biggest clubs would consider but who had a lot of upside. And when you have a great coach you see the results. I’m hoping we see similar results with all of our players under Poch.

Pizy 18,985
I just watched a YT video of Brennan Johnson. After talking shit about him this morning when we were linked he actually looks……..pretty damn good? 👀 👀 Looks like a players that’s an absolute pain in the ass to play against. Missing that month for having world class players is still worth it tenfold. Dunno if Kudus is that kind of player though. Also some people here are ridiculous. Getting Felix back? Lol Selling James is even more idiotic. If he wanted to fuck off ala Mount okay. But we should never turn our back for any type of cash if he wants to succeed here. Simple as that. Duppy Conqueror 1,557
I'd be cool with either Brennan Johnson or Barcola..frenchman the flair guy with alot of potential.Brennan a good option for RW and for the 2nd/3rd choice CF spot, carried the team alot be interesting what he could do with a dominant midfield as he's never really had that. I tipped BJ on here when he was in the championship. mkh and Norfolkblue1961

mkh 620
Eddie Howe on Lewis Hall deal: “It’s loan deal. He’s a player I like — very versatile with really good potential”. 🚨⚪️⚫️ “Let’s see what happens today. If we do bring a player in (Hall), that will be our transfer business concluded, unless injuries”. 😶😶 pmh1

Although Newcastle are clearly a direct rival and I'd rather he went to a mid table side...this could do wonders for him (and us) long term. Pizy 18,985
What an incredible midfield rebuild, man. It almost doesn’t seems real! It would ordinarily take clubs years to phase out an old generation and completely refresh the team with new players. We’ve done it in 6 months! The final pieces for this summer window are a backup keeper and a goal scoring attacker of some sort. And with the way the club are moving I trust that we’ll have something unexpected and pleasantly surprising done before the deadline.
